Decent care for minor things

Honestly, there are some people who work there who are truly great. But the fact that it takes 4 days for someone to find out if they have step throat or not is absolutely outrageous. This is the 2nd horrible experience I have had with Eastern shore rural health. I have been extremely ill since Wednesday when I went into the doctor's office, after my appointment, it got worse and worse and worse. I called and let the doctor know that my symptoms have gotten worse and I was told that they were waiting on my strep results. However, in the meantime of waiting, I got to the point where I couldn't talk or eat anything that wasn't liquid.. So I had to basically treat myself for my symptoms. So thanks a lot Eastern shore rural health, for nothing. For anyone wondering, it is now Saturday and I still don't know if I had strep or not or still have it. Thankfully I can swallow and talk again. Thanks to severe cold & flu, cough drops, peppermint tea and lemon tea with honey.
