Hamilton's On Magnolia

What a wonderful dinner! We started with cocktails, I had the Lucille Ball Martini—Yummy! My husband had the classic house salad and the Catfish and Crawfish. He loved it. I had the cucumber, tomato, onion salad then the catch of the day. I loved it. Our server was adorable and excellent. We sat on their small patio. The restaurant was recommended to us by a server at the Grand National Golf Course. Totally a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Awesome food, service & Atmosphere! Hubby is a big time steak lover & he said his 16 oz rib eye was the best he has ever tasted! I enjoyed the spinach salad as well! We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time with my sister-in-law. The appetizers and specialty cocktails were the highlights of our time there!

Everything here was delicious. Well appointed but small spot, was also a bit noisy. But you cant complain if people are enjoying themselves!The lobster bisque was on point. Service excellent and bar service fantastic. Highly recommend.

One of my favorites in Auburn. Excellent service and delicious food with great wine pairing options. The location downtown is fantastic - cozy and intimate with a cute patio. While we live walking distance from the other location this one is our go-to. Staff is always friendly but it can get pretty busy so it will be nice if they took reservations.

Everything about this place is top notch. The food is very good, the ambiance is awesome and the staff is super friendly. In a town with many great places to eat this is as good as any. I have not venture far on food though. Each time I have been there I have had the green fried tomatoes appetizer (and I don’t like green fried tomato’s), the crab cake appetizer and the filet with the crab cake topping. They were all unbelievable. This is a definite must try for any foodie.

We usually dine at the Hamilton's On Ogletree due to better parking, but occasionally treat ourselves to this downtown Auburn location for lunch! The food is always great and the atmosphere is equally exciting. Would highly recommend the crab cakes, which didn't last long enough for us to even photograph!

The atmosphere is small and cozy. Refined. There is a small patio with seasonal flowers, herbs and ornamental plants 🪴 The food is delicious. The lobster bisque is some of the very best ever!

Staff was super friendly, our server was excellent and the food was delicious. Great experience.

They offer the best crab cake I ever had.
Scallops cooked perfectly, and the shrimp was fresh it dancing in my mouse.

Hamilton's is one of the best options for having dinner with $40 per person(Entree menus costs around $25).

The food was great! I forgot to take pictures but the filet was cooked perfectly and served on peppery mashed potatoes. We got the Mac and cheese and onion rings as sides. Everything had great flavor! They had live music and they took requests! Tyrone had a great voice. Our server Aylana(sp.) Was great! Very attentive and made sure we didn't go without anything all evening!

The food was delicious and the service fantastic. We were seated right away, waited on and served quickly and our food was as good as it looks. It was a delightful experience.

Wonderful from start to finish! The fried green tomatoes were both a treat for the eyes and the mouth! The catch of the day was red snapper in a caper beurre blanc sauce. It was amazing. The tuna was wonderful as well. Would love to go back when I'm in the area.

Always great! We have visited many times over the years. I wanted to write this review to commend them for being so good with the new #Covid19 social distancing rules. They are at 50% capacity and are doing great job! Everyone was so nice. We had a slight wait. Sat outside. Jackie was our server. Very courteous and even gave us blood mary tips! Food was fast and delicious. Thank You Hamilton’s!

Crab cakes are the best I've ever had.
Had a smokey delicious club that was super tasty.

Great service, although it was a little slow on the food coming from the kitchen. Our waitress was very attentive and the staff was friendly.

Great place to visit when looking to sit back, slow down, and enjoy the evening.

Filet Mignon steak was perfect, the beer was excellent, and the service was great!

Lunch hot roast beef and mahi mahi burger was excellent. Best thing was the grapefruit martini that is seasonal. Bar service is excellent. Busy busy but they got us in fairly quick. We ended up just getting four appetizers since they all looked good. Tuna dip and spinach/artichoke dip was really good. Fried green tomatoes were a miss for me but presentation was excellent. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the dinner items.

My hysband and I celebrated our 19th years anniversary last night, had our dinner here! This place had an excellent food!!! Great service! Enjoyed all in all!! Will come back again!! I recommend this restaurant!!
