Store Associate Miriam Diaz is a true professional!! She provides Excellent Customer Service.

Ms Miriam Diaz upon entering the store greeted me and asked me if I needed any help! I asked her if she could assist me in getting some OTC.BENEFIT medical products!
She assisted me like no one else in the store!! She really cares for the Customer and she reflects a very good image of the CVS brand.

She is an Asset To The CVS Company!
Other employees should learn and follow her example!!
She should be Promoted To Store Manager!!

This is my favorite CVS is always clean, stock with products and the pharmacy Team is Excellent! The pharmacy manager Ana is the best doing her job, she care and help with your meds making sure they are always available when your refills are due. Also, I was impressed with Yoan, she came to help me when I was paying and made sure all my discount were applied also and she explained very well the carepass membership and took her time to sign me. She has a lot of enthusiasm and talent doing an excellent job! You should hire more staff like her!

Pharmacy employees are pleasant and easy to deal with, both pharmacists and Valeria have been professional and extremely helpful. Valeria went above and beyond, not only called my Insurance to fix an issue but followed through, calling me back. It’s important to have a positive attitude when dealing with people so to get that back and get good service is nice! It’s a good reminder that there is still people who care about what they do!

I enjoy shopping at this particular location because it's close to my job. Miss Miriam, the front cashier is always so friendly, courteous, and inviting. The aisles are clean, the products and pricing are also very well organized. I will definitely be back soon my favorite CVS store!

Seems like people leave few ratings for drug stores... but in Kendall there are two amazing Pharmacies, and this is one of them. Always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! As busy as they always seem to be, they fill prescriptions fast!

He was very frendly and he help me all the time to find the product and with the final transtion. Nice and professional guy.
