Absolutely incredible staff. They were all very helpful, and while they had their limits on what they could do for insurance reasons, they still went above and beyond in every way they could. Stand out employee was John M., who did everything in his power to help us, and deliver a friendly shoulder when we couldn't make it work. Amazing service, and WILL DEFINITELY come here for all my auto parts needs in the future. Thanks to all of you, especially John.

I rarely review, but THIS PLACE ROCKED. The employee, Ben Stiller, found correct replacement windshield wipers and was willing and able to put them on for me and then, noticing a bump on my car, offered to grab the suction device in his vehicle to see if he could “pull” the bump out and HE DID IT. great place. Great guy. I’ll be back.

Maya, Brody, and Teddy were all extremely helpful. I drove 45 mins to the store for parts my local stores didn't stock. All three employees helped me individually and showed professionalism. All three associates were calm, collected, and informative. Good job autozone!

Andrii was so friendly and helpful! I was having a really hard time with my headlight, he came out to help me even though it was in a super tricky spot.

The AutoZone Auto Parts located on SW Dartmouth St. in Tigard is centrally located and sits right across the street from the Costco.

This is a hub location so it usually has most things in stock.

It is a very roomy and bright store and has large clean aisles and is really well stocked.
Everybody who works here is very friendly as well.

Walking in the store for the first time, I didn't expect the level of customer service, knowledge and professionalism I received from their team. I got an emergency msg on my dashboard about my coolant level being low and then later my engine started having a weird noise. I took my car to Auto Zone and Jesse checked the oil level and sure enough it was almost dry. Ian recommended the type and quantity of oil I should buy and then took care of both the oil and coolant for me. I was really amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful both of them were.

I had a headlight out and am not mechanically inclined. Andrii (he has a unique name spelling, hope I got ot right!) replaced the bulb for me in the pouring rain, in the dark! What great service. Thank you!

Very friendly, clean store,. It helps when you know your vehicle info when buying parts for it. Want to keep it for a long time so maintenance is important, going to the right place for parts that are affordable is important that's why I go to AutoZone for my needs.

This location has top notch staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Always fast service.

I stopped in today and got great service from Killian. He helped me figure out what I needed, explained my options, and even installed my new head light bulbs. Killian was awesome!

Went to another AutoZone store for a possible battery problem. They diagnosed it, but didn't have the battery, so they sent me to this store. Jarren, one of the sales staff, helped me install it. Unfortunately, we hooked it up backwards (+ to -, instead of + to +) and it popped a fuse. Jarren spent the next 30 minutes helping me figure out what went wrong. He was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, despite his best efforts, he could not figure out what was wrong. He recommended a very good electrical expert nearby. As I waited for the tow truck (because it would no longer start), Killian, another employee, came out to see if he could figure out what went wrong. He looked things over, and he identified the popped fuse. He checked and got a replacement fuse from the store. He installed it. The battery worked, and the car started like new! Jarren and Killian were awesome! They really know their stuff, they were both very professional, and they both just wanted to help people. Great customer service!!

The staff here were amazing!! We needed to change our headlights (which would have cost us $200 at the dealership) and instead we were able to do it in the parking lot here. The staff were so helpful with letting us borrow certain tools and told us exactly what we needed and how to change them. Highly recommend to everyone!!

You won't find better service more consistency and so many parts anywhere. And when it comes to customer service I can't stress enough how they truly go above and beyond I did not have to rent a tool which I feared. That I would have to because somebody was so kind to literally get their own tool out of their car after they clocked off and waited to help me. Teddy thank you very much for your time you're awesome you need cudos as well as everybody else there.

I was so impressed with my customer service rep, Killian. It's pouring rain, cold, wind chill whipping through the coat, and yet he readily offered to come out to the parking lot to replace my Subaru headlight bulbs (which requires going up through the wheelwell). It seemed to me like he cared well beyond a corporate policy. Great stuff!

Never been to this one before and did an online pick up order a few days prior. I went in as soon as they opened and the people outside fiddling with the sign were really friendly. The same guy doing the signage was the one who helped me when the other lady couldn't find my order. Since it's been a few days I guess my items got a little shuffled but he got it squared away and all my stuff was there and I was on my way.

The store looked like the biggest AutoZone I've ever seen. I can't wait til I have the time to look at the whole store. It looked very clean and organized from the cashier area.

I wanted to give a big thank-you to Teddy. He went above and beyond and helped me get my ac unit in my car running again and I wouldn't of been able to if it wasn't for him. This store has a lot of good guys working their and it is my go to store and I couldn't be happier. If you have car problems this is the autozone to go to. The team was a huge help. I know nothing about mechanical work and they were able to walk me through the process of changing my ignition coil. 11/10 would highly recommend

Best auto zone I have been to hands down. Like seriously, very knowledgeable, very kind, and absolutely friendly service. Brody was the best part about my expirence there. He genuinely let me try out what I was buying before i purchased it, as long as I left my ID there, which I was completely happy to do!! He totally made me feel like I was trustworthy which is so rare these days in places like this. It seems like everyone normally has a chip on thier shoulder in the retail stores lately and paranoid to the hilt. I get theft is a huge problem but Brody didn't make me or anyone els in the store uncomfortable not the least bit. He was very genuine and aprochable. He was busy but quick to help anyone that was in need, including his fellow teammates. I was so pleased leaving autozone. He even gave me some great advice on the product I was purchasing as well!!. Thank you autozone for having such a great employee representing your store. Awesome job Brody!! I will recommended THIS autozone over any of the car parts stores 100%!!
