Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Went in today needing stain for a swing and deck. Karla was the first friendly face I saw. Very professional. They did not have stain I selected and she contacted the other McDonough store on Industrial where I got stain and again had super service.

The very nice gentleman who helped me find the color to go samples was awesome. I had no idea they kept the samples behind the counter, and he didn't judge me or ask me why I was just getting white (I'm a fluid paint artist) - unlike the sales associate at Home Depot who was a bit rude when I asked for other paint. All in all, a very good experience at this SW location! It was super clean, the associates wore masks, and there were protective shields in place at the registers. I highly recommend!

I needed a paint match from a small section of wall provided to me by the homeowner. DeMarco took the time to ensure the match of the small section was to the exact color I needed. This allowed me to secure the project and maintain a great working relationship with the homeowner. It this not often customer service is exceeded but Demarco certainly reminded me of what this is like. Continue to this path.

Personnel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about he products in the store. The rep thought about items I didn't think about that I would need to complete my project. The facility was clean and very well organized. Really great service. Would definitely go to Sherwin-Williams again instead of Home Depot and Lowes, because the sales reps in those stores know nothing about paint.

As I had stated earlier in my remarks, I had just came from a store ( not SW) where the staff had made me feel so unwelcome in their store that I had left feeling very angry, so my guard was up when I had entered into SW for fear I was going to experience the same type of service. But it wasn't, it was a far cry difference from what I had experienced from the other store. I didn't get the two associates names but I would like to give them both a shout out for their assistance in helping me to chose a paint brush for the project I had in mind to do. For this was my first purchase in SW and I must say I will go out of my way to purchase from them again just because of them!

Very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, i had a horrible experience at Lowe's and Home Depot prior to walking into their store but when i walked into sherwin Williams on jonesboro rd, McDonough, they were a breath of fresh air! They made my project effortless! Thank you, i really appreciate your customer service!

Have not shopped there in years. I am a retired painter. Painted 13 years and used Super Paint on 99% of my work. Sherwin Williams is top shelf in products and service.

Great store. The manager Jon is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Do not waste your time going to a big box store. Stop here first and get Jon to help you out.

I visited the McDonough, Georgia store. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. They ask you about your painting project, explain all the paint products available, and make recommendations. Very courteous!

Randy (I think that's his name) on jonesboro rd in mcdonough was the absolute best in helping me. I never purchased paint before and he held my hand every step of the way.
