Video Game Headquarters

Excellent experience selling some old games and game systems. The team was thorough and friendly. They validated all was in working order, and priced things out individually. Including giving fair prices on games I didn't realize were as rare as they were.

Went there to sell a game for my son and buy a different game with the earnings. They paid twice what GameStop offered and were super friendly and helpful. They always have something weird playing on the TV behind the counter. Don't waste your time at GameStop, spend your money at this gem with a great selection of older used games, consoles, and swag.

These guys are great. They know stuff because they play stuff. Their selection depends on what's been traded in, but they've got a lot of cool stuff. Great selection of older and classic systems and games.

They ONLY have reasonable deals and the employees are great! They have an incredibly wide selection of games and movies. Doing trade ins with Video Game Headquarters never leaves you feeling burned like with big businesses. This is the most dangerous store because you never want to leave!

Great selection that is well displayed. Generally right at or slightly above eBay prices. Staff was friendly enough.

My dad recently got a Sega Saturn there at a killer deal of $128 with Myst, while I turned in my resume for a job opening, this console which he (my dad) was looking for usually costs around $250-500 today! Hopefully when they do have it in stock, when I have enough money, I could buy a Sega Dreamcast or anything ,along with some games I choose.

Very fair and knowledgeable employees. Traded my collection of old NES systems, and was able to get a PS5 and a game for like $20 out of pocket. Been here prior, but I will be coming back more often for great service and selection of all old and new gaming devices and games.

Has the best trade in values I’ve ever seen. Everyone is extremely respectful always. Hands down one of the best game stores in Eugene/Springfield area.

I love supporting local business, and this place as earned my loyalty. They offer the best value on trade ins, super friendly workers who are knowledgeable, and a wide variety of games to choose from with great pricing. I will continue to come back.

Best selection for new and retro games in the metro area.

Video Game Headquarters has never done me wrong. I’ve been to GameStop and some other video game shops throughout my life, and nothing compares to this shop. I am so lucky to have a place as great as Video Game Headquarters. Where do I even begin; they have a great display inside their store and a great supply of inventory. Anything I’ve ever needed for gaming, I found it here AND if they didn’t have it, I put myself on a waiting list for what I want. When I’m on the wait list, I don’t know how they get these games and consoles that I’m looking for, but more than 75% of the time, I get what I’m looking for within a matter of days to a month or two. I usually get most items on the earlier side of that as well. Gaming is a major part of my life and when I think of Gaming Paradise or Heaven on Earth, Video Game Headquarters is the Promised Land that comes to my mind. I wish I can do more than leave a good review for this place because this is my favorite video game store in my 27 years of living. Highly recommend

Just went to video game headquarters for the first time. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the games/console. There prices were very competitive!
I have to say they give the best in store credit and or cash values in town. I was amazed of what they gave me for a stack of games. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell some games.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a fantastic waiting list option for any games they don't have in stock at the time of your visit. They call you to let you know when you can come in to purchase it.

Great staff, selection, and prices! You get fair trade value as well. Note: they are careful about what they accept for trade, so make sure your discs and systems are in great condition. Plus they sell Garbage Pail Kids! Love this place!
