Yesterday I stopped by this Starbucks locations for a mobile PU order and I realized I had mistakenly ordered at the wrong location. John and Jenny was quick to attend me and get my coffee order done. Amazing customer service from all staff and love the atmosphere! <3 Tysm!

Nice place. Remodelled a couple years ago and looks really trendy. Good coffee, friendly staff, comfortable and abundant seating. Gets extremely busy between 7am and 11am, so plan for lines and delays, 95% of the time caused by other customers being idiots. They seem to be able to roll with the punches though, usually they make up for dumb people being dumb by being quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Great place to sit and relax or study with reliable wifi and an assortment of styles of music.

The number of self centered people who order coffee here is so sad. Especially grown adults who treat the baristas like they're less valuable than the coffee they're making. Before leaving a nasty review about a person, or employees please self reflect to see if you could’ve just made the coffee at home. (: Being kind doesn’t cost anything. These baristas are so kind!!!

Honestly, it's sometimes embarrassing how rude some customers can be. These employees work hard; never have I come to this location and witnessed employees not working their tails off. Today, Sunday 4/30/23, it was super busy. The line must have had 20 cars. Customers were getting off their cars to go and yank drinks out of barristas' hands, complaining inside the store, etc. There were four employees working their tails off inside so people in shorts and sandals can enjoy a drink on a Sunday. It is not the employees' fault someone did not show up to work, management doesn't schedule enough employees, etc. Yet, the employees all remained polite, patient, and hustling in spite of customers constantly complaining and giving them attitude. Props to these hardworking people. (and no, I don't know any of the employees, just an observation) We need to be fair to people who show up to work.

They were so incredibly sweet to me and I wish I got their names but whoever was taking care of DT today around 6 y’all are amazing.

John has always been a good employee. I have seen where he has gone above and beyond for the customers. There was an incident where there was a rude customer with a female employee, the female employee wasn't able to hear the customer because the customer wouldn't speak up when employee asked and even apologized for not hearing her. The customer was just being rude, and hateful. John just stepped in and took care of the situation and was able to handle the rude customer. He was very professional and nice with the rude customer. I believe John has all the qualities and skills to be a manager at this store or a team leader. I usually come often and see his work ethics . His an amazing employee and individual. Good job John...👍😊☕

The number of self centered people who order coffee here is the most entertaining Starbucks location to chill at. Seriously, a lot of people come here who could never make the coffee they order but seem to treat the baristas like they’re less valuable than the coffee they’re making. YET the workers here take every insult and cutting remark in stride, these are some of the best people I’ve ever ordered coffee from. :) keep it up guys, your customers and Karens are better than reality tv shows.

Finally, my coffee Frappuccino tastes some what like coffee. During covid, it was so weak. It was more of a milk shake taste. Still love my starbucks drinks!

They were so fast with my drinks it was incredible, Zeke was the one who helped me and my friend. He was so charismatic, and friendly and made the experience exceptional even so late at night, excellent customer service from the rest of the crew as well, if I could give it 10 stars I would, just awesome!

The line was very long as usual, but it went by pretty fast. I tried ordering online but a lot of the drinks said they were sold out...luckily I asked and was able to order them through the drive thru. Super friendly service as usual!

The Starbucks Employee BIBI does an amazing job and has excellent customer service skills! She is so beautiful and I absolutely adore how she always is very attentive to customers and is always working hard. She is a very beautiful hard working woman and I truly admire and appreciate that a lot from BIBI. Thank you for always making excellent Java chip frappes and they always taste amazing. Went on Winsday when it was super busy. Fast and friendly service what more can I say. My drink was good as well.

BEST starbucks location I’ve ever been to and I drink starbucks almost every day! Amazing customer service. They were so nice and polite, my drinks were made perfectly( so flavorful), and their area was clean and neat. I will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends. 10/10 props to the staff!

Helped my bf pick out the perfect gift, customer service goes above and beyond on more than 8 occasions personally. The food is hot and fresh, not soggy and gross. The drinks take less time than the store in mission to get out and they never forget the milk substitute unlike the others.

The lady who takes my order is so sweet, she really makes my mornings so much better!

Love this location! My top favorite out of the other 2 I like. — S. 10th and Cage location.

They are always, always, upbeat and nice!
Their baristas make my coffees the way I like. I never have to ask for extra this or that!

I hope that you all can add a tip feature on the app, because I never carry cash :( but you all work so hard and always have a great attitude 😎

Thanks for all you do, especially during this pandemic

The service was super nice. I was a little disappointed because they didn't have caramel brulée, but I've had this happened at other locations as well, so I wasn't completely shocked. The cashier quickly gave me other options, I ended ordering a toasted white chocolate (something like that) and a cranberry blis bar both of them were really good. Very peaceful ambience as any other Starbucks store you'll find, but the service is what changes the experience.

Didn't have the peach juice for my drink but the lady there recommended strawberry base and it was great!

A very nice, rather upscale Starbucks. Despite it being a young, college crowd, I was surprised that it had more sophisticated architectural elements, such as wood beams to keep the eye from immediately noticing the industrial roof above. Other Starbucks will not put this kind of design into their store. It might cost a couple thousand more, but it definitely lends an air of class. Great coffee, as usual, not loud, and enough tables. I will definitely be back, as it was nice and clean inside, and the service was, as always, friendly.
