As usual, great service, great selection and good prices

Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. Good customer service for the first time visiting, they were able to help me out and if they did not find the product for me, they would send me to the correct store to find what i am looking for. I would like to go there again as they seem to not sell you something you dont need, instead to redirect you to the right place

Bought 17 Levelor blinds. 3 were cut too big and I thought me and the store manager were gonna have to step into the parking lot for a discussion over who was gonna pay for this mistake!!!

Love this store!! Staff if attentive and super helpful. They go above and beyond trying to help me get what I need. Store is well maintained and stocked.
Store has online option free delivery to store. Home delivery if more than $50 delivery is free to home. Delivery times vary when it is to home and store.

Yikes! I left my purse outside by the garden center, and some very kind customer pointed it out to the cashier who kept it for me. I can't believe I got so distracted and I'm so grateful to you, whoever you are!

I had been in and out of the plumbing department looking for many miscellaneous items. The lady in the department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to show her pictures of what I needed and she pointed me in the right direction. I wish more associates had this type of pride in their work at Lowe's.

Nice, clean store with helpful employees. Didn't find what I needed (parking lot striping paint in yellow) but at least the employee that helped me pointed me in the right direction and was also able to tell me about whether they had any in stock.

Amazing; Found more than I expected

Went to purchase some lawnmower replacements a week ago and I needed assistance and a associate named Jonathan was very obliging and ready to help. My favorite section is the garden area a young associate Alondra was very helpful and knowledgeable in telling me how to care for the plant I purchased.

Been many time before and they always seem to have what I need on hand. Their prices aren’t bad some other places are a little cheaper but at least here I can always find someone to help me look for an item or order a home appliance

Salesman ( Arturo) was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. His supervisor (Janet, the store manager) was very knowledgeable and courteous in supervising his work towards closing the sale. Her supervisor (Sam, the District Manager) ensured that outstanding customer service happened during this sale. All 3 of them represented Conn's professionally and I will recommend this store to all of the people I know that are interested in purchasing household items.
