Great experience! Purchased new wiper blades. Staff will put them on for you. The employee (didn't catch his name) who was working was super helpful. Didn't make me feel like a woman out of her element. Nor did he try to upsell me, even pointed out the lower priced option. He took the time to show me how to put them on so that the next time they need replacing, I can confidently do it myself.

Car was overheating and stopped by. Trip came out and worked for just a minute and fixed the problem. If you’re there, ask for Trip, and let the guy know you appreciate his courtesy!

I called before i went up to the store. I spoke to Michael, who was pleasant and welcomed me to the store for service. The staff here are pleasant, empathetic, and professional and give each customer attention in the order we entered the store.
Michael and Gilberto are the best.
I came in for a battery test. I noticed my radio intermittently flashing, knowing the electronics ran off the battery. Gilberto did a great job educating me on how to avoid my battery losing charge and the purpose of the battery test, and what the results mean. I felt so much more confident knowing that I had received feedback from these guys.

The staff and assistant manager are amazing here. They quickly assisted me and went above and beyond helping me to repair my vehicle. This shop will definitely be my go-to before any other auto store or even mechanic. A mechanic would have charged me $150.00 to do what the assistant manager helped me fix.

The employees here are always such a great help and super friendly. Cj was amazing and changed both of my filters and head lights that I purchased there with no service cost and with a smile on his face the whole time. Management was also super helpful. Highly recommend this store

Absolutely wonderful customer service! I had an issue with my windshield wipers not properly being installed by another place and Sahied was wonderful! He knew how to correct the problem and recommended the best wiper blades for my car. He took over 25 minutes in the cold to get it done right. They have earned a customer for sure.

I stopped to get wiper blades for my mercedes. The guy helping me said they could be tricky to install. So he looked up a YouTube video to show me how to do it. It was raining outside so he followed me outside to help me install them. You can get auto parts at a lot of places, but not service like I got today at this store. If you need parts but need some help then try this store out.

The store is okay and has a decent parts array, the customer service is good, I was ready to check out and Forest helped me out, there were two or three people but they didn’t notice me over their phone but he was there even asking how he could help when I already knew what I needed good dude, get more employees like him

The lady that waited on me put 3 windshield wipers, was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. She was very pleasant. I would definitely come back. It's the only place husband goes

I drove by on 1-6-22 to have a new battery installed. The gentleman was helpful and courteous. And, during installation, he cleaned the contact surfaces on the battery cables. I will visit this auto parts store again.
