I don’t know why this post office has gotten such bad reviews. Anytime I’ve went there they are always friendly & helpful. I will continue to use them.

Rarely any lines, employees are polite, especially if YOU are polite.

Do not fault this location for New Milford mail delivery issues. Postal carriers are now based and do all their stuff in Bergenfield.

This place puts Bergenfield's office to shame. I had this old Iranian guy recommend this office to me because he had enough with the BS at the Bergenfield and Teaneck offices way back in the 80s. He's right.

Workers are efficient, fast and polite.

The mail people can’t be bothered to even deliver mail. They claim “unable to access delivery point” when they are too lazy to show up and do their jobs. The mail person didn’t even stop on my road an attempt to deliver any mail to anyone.

They lost my mail which i put in the outside mailbox.staff not very helpful.

The post office should be closed down. The front desk lady is the rudest person I have ever met. She rolls her eyes and thinks no one understands how shipping works.

Absolutely rude employees I explained my package had a lithium battery and I knew it had to be sent a certain way I was told under no circumstances could it be sent and I explained per the post office website it could be another employee overheard and explained it had to be installed in the unit which I said I had the unit in my hand and she said it could be the original employee then began to backtrack and argue with me that say he did not say I couldn’t send it instead of apologizing for misspeaking. I will be taking my business to a none USPS service from now on

Went in today just to get lied to my face twice by the old white guy up front. Every time I’m there it’s always a compromise with him. I go to mail a small white mail envelope and apparently can’t use a stamp for a classic white mail envelope, he said I had to pay for tracking since there’s no other way to mail it. Then I go to get cash back and he says to me he doesn’t have $20 in his tiller drawer. Didn’t know people don’t pay in cash anymore. I find it hard to believe they don’t have $20 in a till. Maybe it’s time to retire.

I did not get my very important mail from the government last Saturday and I reported it they did not do anything to help me out!! They are also rude!!

Failed to redeliver my package customer service sent me to the wrong facility correct facility was closed. How are customers supposed to pick up packages if they are only open when everyone else is at work? 5 pm is a laughable closing time. No wonder why the post office is struggling. FED EX all the way!!!!!

Repeatedly get mail addressed to other people and other towns. Today medicines sent first class were noted as "out for delivery" to m at 9:15 AM; mailman came, but no medicine, so I have no idea who received my needed medicine.

Worse post office I have ever been to, all the staff are so rude not professional at all!! . They need new management I wouldn’t even give it a star

Don’t go here! Just drive to Bergenfield or River Edge. I was told that I had to stand in line just to drop off a package that was already ready to go. I literally had to hand it them. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes to HAND THEM a package!!! This place is ridiculous!

They were very rude. They didn’t have any patience. I’ll never going back.

Edit : this guy at River Road New Milford NJ USPS needs to be removed, he stares hard at customers.. try to put them off by asking questions.. highly unprofessional .

Poor staff. I will Never come to this Usps location.

The woman repeatedly ignored my questions and tried to process my package the way she wanted.
