I first went to SC to have the 5000 mile service completed and a light bar installed on my Chief. I was amazed with the service I received as well as the price. It was less than expected, they automatically applied a $50 off service coupon from Indian, and they found damage caused by my previous dealer (exactly why I quit going to them).
I was so impressed by SC that I bought a motorcycle from them a couple of months later. I was blown away AGAIN! They gave me more than blue book value for my trade in, a parts allowance, and took care of all of the loan and paperwork quickly, and gave me 2 Indian shirts for free. For perspective, my previous dealer gave me no parts allowance, a couple of coozies, a leftover shirt from their last “swap your swag” event, and 25% off my first service which I had to negotiate for.
Customer service is what brings people back to a business and SC exceeded all of my expectations. Staff is very friendly, the prices are fair, their work is spot on, and most importantly, they’re honest. It’s difficult to find a business that checks all of the boxes, but SC does it!

Just want to give a shout-out to the entire service department here! Chuck, Jess, and Mack are awesome, especially Mack the technician. Mack went above and beyond to make sure my FTR that I was having issues with was back on the road and 100% perfect again. Thank you again team Spartan for everything!

I started looking at Indians recently and was talking to another dealer. Did an online estimated appraisal for my trade on Indians website a couple of months ago and it directed me towards Spartan Cycle. Brian reached out to me the following morning.

After seeing the estimated appraisal from Indian’s website, I told Brian that the online appraisal wouldn’t be enough and that I should wait a while. He told me “don’t count us out just yet”.

After almost two months of going over what was important to me in a bike, and what I needed to get the deal done, I rode away with the perfect bike two days ago and couldn’t be happier about it. Brian listened to me and helped me figure it out.

This was the most comfortable buying experience I’ve ever had, and Brian (Gary when Brian wasn’t available) made sure all my questions were answered and never rushed or pressured me.

I had numerous conversations about what I wanted in accessories before picking up. Brian helped me pick what would be best and they had everything in stock. Showed up early to pick up and everything was installed, ready to go.

Brian, Gary, and everyone else at Spartan are a TEAM, they work together perfectly to take care of their customers. When I finally went in to pick my bike up, it was very busy and they were juggling multiple customers at a time, but someone was always talking to me and making sure I felt welcome.

If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, want American made and want the best customer service, go to Spartan Cycle and ask for Brian. I’ve been riding for quite some time now and I’ve never been treated so well. After this experience I will continue to buy Indian, not just because of the bike, but also because of the people. Keep up the great work, you have a loyal customer!!

Can't say enough good things about the people at Spartan Cycle. Whether you are in the market for a brand they carry or not, give them a try, this is the place to go. We drove 1200 miles round trip to pick up our Chief Vintage and have no regrets! Brian Bell, our salesman was great throughout the whole process... never pushy but always attentive and patient to our questions and concerns throughout our out- of- state transaction. Thanks also to Marc, the general manager as well for taking the time to make sure our beautiful bike was strapped in correctly and secure for our long trip home. We could have taken the easy way out and had our bike shipped but we were happy we didn't, as avid motorcyclist, we wanted to meet the people we were buying from and we were not disappointed. We had a great time chatting with the employees and even made some friends after chatting with fellow customers that were in the store. Don't be lured in by the competition across the street with their impressive facade and loud music,blaring to lure you in, the people at Spartan Cycle know their product and are willing to give you the personal attention you deserve as a prospective customer. I stopped in to have the service team mount and balance two wheels/tires for me. The staff there is the best - super friendly, attentive, and absolutely no attitude. Didn't matter what I was riding (Vintage Honda) or how much I was spending (about $100), they treated me like an old friend and a valued customer. Real honest-to-goodness customer service is a lost art these days, but Spartan still has it.

And to top it all off, they had my wheels ready the next day. Thanks Spartan Cycle - you all rock!

After being basically ignored at wolverine, I went across Gratiot to Spartan!!! SO THANKFUL I DID!!!! The team was so welcoming and friendly. Drove home that day on a Scout 60. 6 months later, drove home on a Chief Classic. I can't begin to share all the great visits and events - truly feel like part of the family! I tell EVERYONE I meet, to go meet the guys and Kim and make the best deal of their life!!!

Perfect service experience all the way around. I came in from out of town on a family emergency and they managed to fit me in. Got my service done and fixed a couple of minor things along the way. Cleaned the bike up nicely as well. Great service. Great prices. Great people.

Had a great experience with Spartan Cycle. Brian was a good guy to work with, personable, no pressure type. Decided on an RE continental GT and Brian was great with keeping me in the loop on the status of delivery during the 3 week wait. He even waited until after closing on day of pick up when I ran in to car issues on the way out (f'n jeep) and helped me load it. I will recommend this place to anyone. Great group of people.

This is by Far the BEST motorcycle dealership in the state. Brian’s customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and did not hassle me for a buy! His knowledge and experience was one of the best in any industry! If I had the money, I would go buy the most expensive Indian from Him and him only! Will be going back for a couple more test drives and hopefully making a decision! Go check our Brian!

The best experience I’ve ever had buying a brand new bike! The staff is spectacular! The sales staff are really helpful, the management is really helpful, and the mechanic is amazing! I had a lot of work done to my new bike and they just hammered it out and had it ready to pick-up super fast! After getting there and needing an issue addressed to help with being able to reach the kickstand, the mechanic fab’ed on the fly and down the road I went! Amazing dealership! They have won this customer and I can’t say enough or recommend them enough!

I didn't buy anything, but they had a great selection, and knowledgeable sales staff. Salesman was the right balance of being close enough to answer questions, but not hovering so close to be annoying. Thanks, Brian!
