Eric A is a real MVP at this location. My husband and I came in for a new battery for his car about 20 minutes before closing. Eric was very friendly from my first interaction with him the day prior when I came into inquire about pricing for a new battery to us coming in the day after right before closing. We changed the battery out in the parking lot to avoid further issues and avoid the core fee. Neither of us have ever changed a battery in either of our cars before so we had no idea what we were doing. Eric came out to assist us and instead just changed it for us and took the old one away for us. Our experience at this location with him was top notch and we will definitely be shopping here again for our future car needs.

This auto parts store is excellent for its location, general availability of goods, quality of goods, and staff expertise, but far and away, the most outstanding quality of this store is the incredible level of customer service that they provide to customers. Their staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. All these factors together made my recent car trouble situation so much less stressful than it could have been. I'm grateful to their staff for being so helpful in my time of need.

Eric or Erik maybe? However he spells it, he's the auto parts guy you hope is working the counter when you walk in to any store. He seen me struggling with the wiper blade book and offered to help. Click clack on his Google machine and he found all the options that would fit my car. He even put them on and while I know they do that, most people would make you ask for the service. Not Eric. He practically insisted. He found some oil I needed and walked me out to my car. He treats people like they're buying out the store even when they're being cheapskates like me. He talked about my crusty old police car like I'd driven up in a 69 Charger. He made me feel welcome and not rushed. He went so far above regular customer service they need to invent a new scale of measurement for his awesomeness, the Eric Scale. And he's an 11 out of 10. Read my other reviews, I don't talk this highly of everyone.

Napa's always there for you. They've got good parts. Good customer service. They've been around for quite some time. If you're looking for auto parts, you might check with them, especially if you're looking for those small clips that hold your bumpers and all the other plastic ornaments on these cars these days . They've got quite the variety

Yesterday I was working on a starter replacement in my car and ended up cutting a few hoses too short, as well as breaking a plastic nipple off of the exaust manifold, so In order to save some money on the budget I was on, there were 3 workers at napa tigard this morning Misty, Steve, and Eric who were all very nice and took the time to help me find a cost effective solution to the broken nipple problem I was having, we finally figured out the solution and my car is running great, thank you guys you rock, ya'll deserve a raise

The staff at this location are not only welcoming and friendly but very helpful. I'm not sure I could have made it through replacing my battery without the the employee, Eric A's encouragement and help. This will be where I go for my parts and accessories in the Tigard area moving forward.

I went in there this afternoon to get some parts for a service call that I was doing on site. Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Thanks to them I was able to get the parts to get my customer's truck going in no time!

Short wait and amazing customer service! I had 2 bad axels on my car and I was having trouble locating 2 OEM axels for my Subaru. Sarah got my part ordered and called me when it was in. She took her time out to talk to me about the frustrating situation that I was having with Les Shwab in Aloha and gave me her opinion on what I should do about it. She has been in this field a long time and it shows. When I showed up i was greeting with a smile and Erik without me even asking was able to give me a bucket discount on both axels saving me almost $80 which really helped me out a lot. The service at this location was excellent and I will definitely be back and I hope to get either or both of these reps again. Thanks again so much!

Found "just right" license plate frames, replacement windshield wipers, tail light lamps (our car takes three separate bulbs - most auto parts stores seem to have just one or two). They were sold out of windshield sun shades, though, so a return trip is in the near future. Best of all, I get a @AAA membership discount. Who doesn't want to save 10% on automotive necessities?

Long story short... This store (Marcos specifically & manager) remedied a fiasco experience ordering from the website. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure I got all of the parts I attempted to order online and made good on all discounts. This is now my first stop for all my auto repair projects.

Excellent service went in for some fuel line for my bike and they went out of their way to find me some, best of all it was only .89 cents a foot 😊 the bike store is changing $8 a foot. Always check NAPA first.

Misty restored my faith in people….there are people who care enough to go an extra mile to help. Misty at Napa is one of them…she is awesome!
