This morning when my son pushed the indoor garage door opener, the garage door slam down. I am so glad no one was hurt. The spring broke. I did not know who to contact to come and fix the garage door. When I saw Precision Overhead Garage was a 24/7 repair service- I noticed on their ad garage door can break at anytime . That is a true statement. I made an appointment on line-easy. They have a variety of appointment times-snap! I made the appointment and within an hour Wesley contacted me and said he could come out earlier-snap :0). He came out assessed my garage door. Gave me a fair estimate- with a military discount - double snap!! Wes fixed the garage door, installed the new motor in less than two hours. He was professional and pleasant . He explained how to work the new key pad and everything. Wes thank you so much. You are totally awesome. I highly recommend this garage door repair service. Ask for Wes. :0)

The areas that could use some improvements are, communication (calling you back and keeping you informed) and how long it takes to get your order delivered. It took almost 2 months to get my new door in.

I'm still going to give them a five star 🌟 review because of the service. they came out and got my old garage door working while we waited for the new door to arrive, and the guys that they sent out (to repair and then to install the new door), where a pleasure to work with, very polite and very knowledgeable about the product.

GREG GARCIA and ANTONIO GARCIA removed an old door and motor, and replaced them with a super-quiet new door and motor. They went over every detail and instruction with us, showed us how to use the remotes, wall button and key pad. They were very professional, patient, courteous and neat. There is a quick response if you call. Email, phone and texts are prompt and informative. Extremely pleased with Greg and Antonio! Great service and products. Travis is an amazing guy. Showed up in time, gave me reasonable estimate that I agreed and finished his job faster than I expected. Professional, clean, and fast work deserve 5 stars with no hesitation. This is second great experience with precision garage doors company, first one was with Dan, and he was excellent too. Will recommend them to any one who asks.

Tech came out to my property to look over what I needed done and mentioned that they had exactly the door we would need in the shop (previously ordered but not installed) saving us a $1,000 or so, then the install Day came and they mentioned our current track was in great shape in order to just use it instead or switching it. All in all really happy I made the call to Precision to take care of my out of order barn door! Will probably post another review if something happens to it to review that side of their customer service as well.

I needed a new garage door very quickly since the existing one was badly damaged. Ricky and Tony came out same day and installed the new one two days later. Very professional and I think these guys are super individuals.

Our garage door opener was slowing down and having issues opening and closing, so we called Precision Door and were able to get an appointment with Patrick within a few days. Patrick was very informative about different options and sent us estimates. We were able to schedule an appointment to have the garage door opener installed the following week. The installation went smoothly and the opener is working perfectly. Patrick also came back to pair our car and a light to the opener. Overall it was a great experience.

Our experience was great! The service was excellent, and James & George were exceptional! Very professional, friendly, respectful, and courteous. Our only "complaint" was that we were not sent a paid invoice. Not sure if the company didn't have our email address or exactly what happened. Highly recommend this company...especially James & George!

We had excellent service from Precision! The springs on our garage door broke and we couldn’t open it. We called on a Friday afternoon and were scheduled for Saturday morning. Marcos was able to come a little early and finished the repairs quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did great work. We will definitely use Precision again!

Noticed my torsion springs/bar were funny looking after replacing my garage door opener. Called for a rebalance and the tech said it was too old and highly recommended to replace it. I didn’t disagree and went with their best option that has a lifetime warranty. The tech was extremely professional and got to work right away. He replaced the springs, bar, drums/cables and the pathetic door mount that came with my new genie opener. All that for an extremely fair price and the piece of mind that my garage won’t catastrophically fail and either maim my family and/or cost me tens of thousands of dollars in damages. I highly recommend this company and will seek their services again whenever I need garage door repair.

Awesome company. Very fast to respond to my request. The tech Aaron came out and was very professional and excellent in his work. He completed repairing my garage door and installing a new garage opener very fast. It works beautifully and is way quieter than my old unit. Fair pricing as well. I had a great experience with Travis as my technician today. He went over all of my options, the pros and cons and took the time to answer questions I had.
The repair was done in a timely matter with the quality of his work, and his experience on full display.
Travis had all the parts necessary for which ever parts needed replacing.
If I was in need of their services again, in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

I am updating my review for work that was performed on March 1, 2024. After more research, I’ve found that the $445 to replace the two springs with upgraded springs on my garage door is a fair price. Joel completed the job in one hour and even straightened out a bent brace on the door itself. The door had also come off its track, which created more work. The same day service was a huge bonus. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for any garage door repair or replacement.

The guys showed up on time. Called before they got there for a time update. They started their work and it took just as long as they said. Roughly 3.5 hours. When they were done we tested the door a few times. And wow was it quiet.
They did a great job.

Aaron and BJ came to do a repair on my garage door. One of my springs broke. They gave me different options on what I might want. I told them I just wanted the springs replaced and they didn't pressure me into doing anything more. They were both professional and very polite. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door repair.
