The delivery of our windows went amazingly! The delivery men were very professional and courteous. They were challenged with transporting heavy windows and doors in a limited area. The only documented issue was a scratch on one of the sliding doors. I hope Pella has a touch up kit to match the finish. Once we unwrap everything we will do a more thorough inspection of the product conditions. Otherwise we are very pleased.

The whole Pella team did such a great job on my project! Christian was the salesman that came out to talk to me originally. He was so professional and kind, not pushy at all, but genuinely interested in what I needed as the client. Once I chose the door, Rodrigo, the project manager took it from there with the same level of professionalism and interest in making sure every detail came out well. I could tell he was really making sure things worked to my satisfaction. Once my door came in, Orlando was heading up the installation team and also took great care in making certain that things were really done correctly and left the work area perfectly clean. Even the lady in the office, Shelby, doing scheduling, was super friendly, helpful, and good at reaching out! We are very impressed and happy with the whole process and everyone who helped us get our project done!

Great meeting with Ron Rogers who came out to replace hardware on two exterior doors on my deck. We appreciated his assistance in resolving a minor hardware issue, particularly since the replacement was covered by warranty.
Ron is easy to work with and always has a “can do” attitude. Pella stands by their products which gives us great comfort. We intend to continue to do business with Pella in the future on home renovation plans.

1- Jaclyn, Pella’s sales rep, provided excellent service, from the beginning to the end of the project. She did not overwhelm us with unnecessary calls or messages; instead, she contacted us when needed. When the project was completed, she came by to check on it, and to talk with us about our experience regarding the entire project process.
She is one of the best sales reps I have ever dealt with. She is a great asset for Pellas South Texas.
2- Orlando and his installer crew did a great job installing my house 13 windows of different sizes and styles, as well as 2 sliding patio doors. They were efficient, did a thorough job. They cleaned and picked up trash and debris right away. Also, they listened to our concerns and provided answers right away or fixed the issues.
3- Once the windows and patio doors were installed, we immediately felt the difference. We believe we have a great product installed in our home. Moreover, Pella offers a great warranty, and the best, at a great price.

We chose Pella Windows on purpose. We knew of their reputation for quality and did not even consider other companies. And we were absolutely right in our choice!!

The technicians sent were fabulous. They took out the old windows efficiently, then installed the new windows with great care. They cleaned the area after each window section.

We left the Pella sign in our yard well after the installation. We were that proud of our new windows and the service provided. They have transformed our house's appearance!!! I would highly recommend Pella to everyone!!!

Worth the wait! This was a replacement of a 20 year old window that was damaged. Despite all the advances in technology this was a perfect replacement and only a Pella technician could tell the difference between the new window and it's 3 older siblings in this room! Quick and easy installation. Well Done!

We've used Pella in the past to replace a large fractured window, and our latest experience with the installation of 3 kitchen windows reinforced our image of their stellar customer service. Adam Moreno, the project manager, went out of his way to make the finished job perfect, crafting some needed fine-tuning in his own shop. Other staff members we interacted with, including Jaclyn Culver, our sales contact, were responsive and delightful. An unfortunate scratch on one of the installed windows? No problem, no questions, it was replaced. I'd have no hesitation in using Pella and especially Adam again.

Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! Called Cynthia this morning, explained issue with front door. She worked out a way for team members to stop by on their way back to San Antonio this afternoon! Brandon and Rick did a fantastic job realigning the door, and it’s operating just like new! Outstanding job by the entire team. Anthony Rivas did a great job explaining the windows that we wanted and a great job explaining the cost. The installation crew did a super job installing the windows, policing the inside/outside area, & cleaning all the windows. If you are looking for windows, I highly recommend Pella!

Pella installed two windows in a house I was renovating and did an amazing job. I wanted to the aesthetic to match the house's 1952 build, but the previous owner had added a wing to the house that was not aligned with the original build. I reached out to other window companies, but Pella was the only group that seemed capable of providing and installing the windows I wanted. They set a timeline for completion and followed through diligently. I was very pleased with the outcome and would certainly use Pella again in the future.

Great experience from ordering to delivery! Alex and Adrian delivered our windows last week and they were respectful, efficient and we were kept very well informed through the whole process.

I went over to the Pella “Graveyard” to look for some miscellaneous windows and was very lucky to find exactly what I wanted. They have unique things there at great discounted prices. Just make sure you tell your contractor about it! Richard Vargas the warehouse manager showed great patience with me and my daughter as we didn’t know quite what to look for. And Aaron and Alex were kind enough to load our fantastic finds! If I tell you I walked out of there with two nice windows for $100 you wouldn’t believe me but it’s the truth! We had great service from top to bottom. Christian came out and got measurements in a timely manner. Shelby kept us up to date with project status and the installer, Oscar got it done ahead of schedule and made sure to clean up after himself.

Rick & Brandon came out to replace a couple of windows that had been recently damaged. After this they trouble-shot another window which shrieked when opening/closing. This issue was identified over a 18 months ago and several contractors had failed to resolve the problem. Rick & Brandon identified the source of the problem & fixed an issue I’d though beyond correction. Thanks for the great work!

I ordered a sliding glass door with blinds. From beginning to end it was a smooth process!! I love my new sliding glass door! Thanks to everyone during the process. I highly recommend!!!

We built a log home in Concan Texas. We have 3 oversized windows on the second story of our front wall that are trapezoid shaped. The largest being 72 inches wide by 103 inches high at the highest point. The crew that came out was fantastic. They flawlessly installed all three windows beginning with the largest one first. When they were done they cleaned up and you would have never even known they were there… except for our new beautiful windows.

We looked into and spoke with multiple well known and respected window companies while shopping for our new windows. Pella offered the best prices and interest rates so we ultimately choose them. While waiting on the windows, Pella would call to give us updates and kept us informed. When they arrived to install the windows, they were on time and very professional. They were respectful of our home every time they entered. In just 2 short days, we had beautiful new windows throughout out home. The crew even cleaned the windows and cleaned up inside the house and around the windows outside. Pella has also followed up with us multiple times since the install to make sure we are still completely satisfied. Their customer service is professional and caring.
The windows are beautiful! We have people compliment our home regularly now. I never realized how much new windows could change the appearance of a home. Not only are the windows beautiful, they have also reduced outside noise. I think the most remarkable finding occurred on a day that was over 100 degrees outside and when my husband touched the inside of the window, it was cool to touch unlike the old windows that were hot or cold depending on the weather outside.

I just installed a custom door from Pella. The door itself is beautiful and exactly as promised. The salesman, Ron Rogers, came to my home and went over all of the specifics. His quote was $2000 dollars under the quote I got from another company for the exact same door. The project coordinator, Shelby Smith had great communication skills. Lots of phone calls confirming appointments and arrival times. The installer was courteous and professional and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased, from start to finish.
