Great Starbucks one of the best in San Antonio in my opinion. Fabulous customer service. The barista today was so kind wish I got her name. She suggested a different version of a drink I found on tiktok and thought I would like it and she was absolutely right extremely delicious she was just so nice and my drink was super yummmmmyyyyyy

Great location. Love all the seating choices in this Starbucks vs many of the locations we have been to. We wish a lot of the Starbucks could have built buildings similar to this design and setup. Covered outdoor seating. Staff was friendly.

Howie and Josh are the best! You feel like home when you walk in to this store. Howie welcomes you with a big smile and Josh says bye to you with a god drink. I love the patio with clean tables and chairs. Highly recommend you to stop by this Starbucks.

My best friend and I love coming to this Starbucks It's a lot of fun and very friendly staff. Located in a great area and a place just to hang out chat and have great Starbucks!!!

I love coming into this Starbucks on Broadway bc the employees here are always top notch and super sweet. I had gotten a bad drink from another Starbucks but I couldn’t return it bc I had to go in to work, I came here and explained my situation and they completely offered my fixed drink for free. You guys are awesome. Thank you!

Major shout-out to McKayla! This was the fourth Starbucks that we called looking for the San Antonio coffee mug. McKayla answered the phone and was extremely accommodating, saving one for us at the register! When I got there, she was ready with a smile. This is a great example of Starbucks going that extra mile to take care of customers! Thanks for making my day, McK!

This is the first time we have been here. We really liked the design of the store. It isn't like most of the Starbucks. If we are back in this area we will come back.

Love this long running hopping Starbucks. Such a great team and they do their best to really get the drinks out fast and to try to get to know the regulars. A real community meeting point. Cheers to Starbucks for keeping this non-drive through open. It is time to do a renovation inside. Much slower Starbucks are a lot more updated.

Probably my favorite Starbucks near my house. They are particularly friendly and fast. It's a big location with lots of seating indoors and out and they don't blast the music as loud as some of the other locations.

I started my day out super early, on no sleep and not at all in a good mood. I ordered through my app on my way there and they had it hot, ready and waiting. Even when I decided to add a few items after arrival, they were super nice and completely professional. Their service with a smile made my day. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Delicious matcha creme frappe, hot tomato mozzarella focaccia sandwich. Great customer service. Timely results. Even got my name right!

I love this Starbucks. Very clean and friendly staff. I rode by bicycle and felt comfortable leaving it outside while I ordered my stuff. They were so fast. My drink and food was so yummy. Thanks 🙏

One of the nicer Starbucks Ive been to. Nice area off to the side with electrical outlets that is perfect for sitting with your laptop.

College students were here doing assignments. I sat here and had a nice talk with someone. Pretty quiet and peaceful. Location was very modern and in a nice area.

Staff was friendly, greeting people and many regulars. Service was quick and my beverage was out just a minute or two after ordering.

I rarely visit Starbucks but would consider returning this one to just chill out and browse the net while having a drink.

My favorite Starbucks. The baristas are always friendly, and the drinks are made well. The one time I had something made incorrectly by accident by a new person in training they fixed it no problem. I come here once a week at least and if I ever move away, will miss this store!

Lovely corner location underneath some beautiful oaks. This location has a really nice, spacious vibe, with plenty of tables and chairs to choose from, pleasant/helpful staff, and some sweet outdoor seating to boot. And though Starbucks' coffee isn't my fav this location makes up for it.

This Starbucks has limited and somewhat awkward parking but makes up for that everywhere else. The baristas here know there stuff. Coffee was made perfectly. Service was friendly and great, establishment was clean and well stocked. Busy location but doesn't feel rushed. Plenty of spacious seating. There are even high chairs for babies/kids All starbucks are not created equal and this location definitely gives the right coffeehouse vibe.
