Ross House Coffee at 320 W Mag

I have been going to Ross House for the past few months and it is the perfect place for me to start my day! The servers are extremely nice and go above and beyond with their coffee and espresso skills. I would have to say that this is the best coffee shop that I have ever been to. The pastries are delicious and the V60 Hand-Brew coffee is immaculate. Thank you Ross House for being an incredible start to every morning!

I read the negative reviews so decided to see if it could be that bad.
Server couldn’t have been nicer and the coffee (americano) was great.
I would definitely return.

Delicious food and coffee! Professional and friendly baristas. One of the best coffee shops in town! Auburn University is so fortunate to have this coffee shop on their campus.

Great place! Staff was very nice and coffee was very delicious!

I am a huge fan of their seasonal menus! The most recent thing that I tried was their Pina Colada Matcha (matcha with pineapple juice and coconut milk). The service is always friendly and the lobby is always clean. Be warned - there is not an abundance of public parking nearby. If you are driving in, I would recommend their original location on Ross Street!

We LOVE Ross house coffee but the store on Magnolia is nothing short of a “sh|^” show. The college aged lady who works the front is rude, slow, and has zero customer service skills. Something needs to be done. I’ve spoken with countless people who quit coming because of the service.
If you’re curious who is the issue: Todays date is 8/14/24 @ 12:21 , we’ve been waiting for 25 minutes.
She does this every time, she’s currently singing, playing with her hair. Not doing anything while we all wait.

Service is slow, and the kids behind the counter don't know what is going on. I much prefer other coffee shops around campus. The original location on Ross St. Is great this one is not.

If you have to be on time to anything do not come here. Takes forever it’s ridiculous. The women is rude too

The girl who worked today around 10-11 AM was really racist and rude! They should choose there employees more carefully. I told her that I want a black coffee and she said "We're not starbucks we don't have black coffee!" (which they do) The way she answered with the attitude is not acceptable! The workers there should be more professional.
