The owner came to do the estimate in person. He explained in plain terms what my options were. If I asked for a service he didn't think I needed, he explained why in a way that made sense. The installers were the same. They answered all of my questions. They weren't bothered about me inspecting the work before or after they were finished. In fact they encouraged it. When the work was complete the owner returned to my residence to ask me if I had any questions. I didn't even have to pay the same day. I was mailed an invoice. It's been 2 months since my service and I am already reaping the benefits of the service. I highly recommend this company.

Scott at DeHoff is a very honest trustworthy businessman. I explained what I wanted and what I was trying to accomplish in our basement and in our garage. He gave me a bid on what I asked for and then gave me a second bid on what he knew we needed to have done. He educated me on what needed to be done to accomplish what we wanted. He could have come in and did what I thought we needed and charged me $3650.00. But no.. he saved us $1675.00. That's right.. SAVED me $1675.00. You don't find very many honest company owners that do that anymore. The job he did for us turned out wonderful. The 2 young men he sent to do our job was so respectful and go getters. They never slowed down. They did not leave a mess at all. Very good guys. Very superb experience. I will be recommending Dehoff Insulation to everyone. Top notch company!!! Got all the info that I needed to use their product. Will probably use them at a later date..

We had an appointment for this past Friday and we called Thursday to confirm and no one answered. Friday came and no one showed up. We’ve called multiple times since and there has been no answer. We’ve already been waiting for well over a month since they came out to give us a quote. Very frustrating.

Does not answer the phone, or call back after they cancelled original appointment.
