I contacted Moser as our hot water tank had not held a repair from a previous plumbing company. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name that came out, but he was extremely polite, professional, came when he said he would, diagnosed promptly, and took care of our troubles immediately; the week of Thanksgiving when things are most chaotic might I add! Great service, great company, will be using them again!

The tech was quick and efficient and did a nice job inspecting the furnace — but then left, and never returned to replace the outdoor faucets. They don't respond to left messages (and never directly answer the phone). It's been over a month and I still haven't received a call or even a bill. I found the whole experience perplexing and bizarre.
