Dairy Queen

Today was one of our daughter's birthday 🎂🥳🎉 and I called to Dairy Queen to ask if they had a Oreo ice cream cake and Faye Frierson was the one that answered the phone and she went to check if they had one and yes! They did, so I told her thanks for checking and that i wanted it, so I'm on my way for it. I'll go thru the drive-through that was my experience at Dairy Queen oh and this was my 1st time buying a ice cream cake 🎂 and it was delicious 😋 so i sure recommend this Dairy Queen to everyone because they are nice to everyone 😊thank y'all☺

This is one of the better dairy queens. Friendly. Clean. Burger done just right. The monthly ice cream was cheesecake and chocolate. Yum.

Was served today by Ms Lizze at the Dairy Queen on 290 in Elgin, TX. Excellent customer service very sweet so definitely will be back again need more people like her

They have really upped their game here. The Manager has done great in her team putting out hot tasty food fast. They even check on everyone dining in to ensure they are satisfied. Really impressed in the turn around here!!!!

Only bought a Cotton candy blizzard this time, but I occasionally go to this location and am always pleased with the items I have gotten there.

I don't get ice cream very often, but I felt the urge to get a Peanut Buster parfait on my way home from running a few errands. I haven't had one in a very long time, and it was worth the wait in the drive-thru line (this location is not staffed 100%, and the dining room is closed). I was perhaps the 6th or 7th car waiting, but the crew inside must have been running like a well-oiled machine. I may have waited for a total of 10 minutes before I got to the window. The young lady was very pleasant and even had a smile on her face as I paid. The parfait was just as good as I remembered. I'll definitely go back, and it will be a lot sooner the next time around!

This was the Dairy Queen in Elgin, Tx. A lady stopped by to speak to my brother, who is a Veteran and started talking trash about Biden, which I believe she should have kept to herself. I don't care much for Biden either but I don't go around arguing about it with folks. That's a good way to get knocked in the head. But the lady who ran the register was very sweet. Not Dairy Queen's fault.

We brought our 6 year old grandson in for an after-game dinner. We were greeted very promptly, by a very professional young, man who took our order, and actually acted like he WANTED to take our order😍. The meal was delivered very quickly, and the staff checked on us multiple times. Toward the end of our meal, a woman, who we assume was the manager, brought our little guy an ice cream cone. That really made his night! I regret that I didn’t get her name, or the young man who took our order. Monday night, April 5, 7:30 or so.Thanks, DQ team! Great meal, great service!

New: We visited again April 30. This time, I got the mgr’s name. Actually, our little grandson asked!😍He thinks she’s “REALLY REALLY KIND!!” Her name is Faye, and she IS really kind. And very enthusiastic. The food, and service, was great. Thanks!!!

Very busy inside and in the drive-through. Still, the young staff was cheerful, courteous, and speedy. Great location and even better workers-- thankyou!

I didn't make the turn correctly and so didn't make the bell go off. I was in a strange place in line, I didn't know whether to back up or go forward. Anyway, I went forward and told her we hadn't ordered yet bc of the aforementioned situation, she was super kind and helpful and quick.

The manager is super nice, he even gave us a free little ice cream for my daughter. Everyone that works here seems geniuenlly happy and very respectful. Not many people take the time to review. They are like a little spark in a boring town. Come here to eat! Food is great!

Went for lunch with my friend and their son. Hadn't been in a while so didnt know what to expect. Service was great! Everyone especially the manager were incredibly nice. When we got the food we realized we meant to order fries and had forgotten. The manager didnt even hesitate and grabbed us fries super quick. All in all, best DQ I've ever been to. Also clean inside!

The food was very good. The service was great. The bathrooms are clean. Atmosphere was nice. Tables are clean. Customer service adjusted when you have changes. Very polite. And always making sure that you are happy.

They were understaffed that day and managed to compete my order much faster than expected and the food was shockingly fresh and really tasty

Wow! Dairy Queen has the best food. I'm very fond of their Blizzard!! My favorite is banana split blizzard!!! They have lots of youth working and they're fast!
