I was immediately greeted by 2 team members. I needed a battery tested and a new one installed. Saul was very kind and patient explaining my options and answering all of my questions. I appreciated how helpful and he efficient he was. I will be back in the future.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. This location has a variety of accessories that are reasonably priced and durable. We recently purchased a work truck that has no cup holders among other things. AutoZone hooked us up.

They were so helpful and kind. I'm a door dasher and my battery died at an apartment complex in 100 degree weather. I Ubered there and they sold me the battery and tools I needed. They also had a nice bathroom and let me sit on a folding chair and charge my phone bc it was dead. 100 stars!!!

This AutoZone location is the ultimate very best!!! I have been using AutoZone for years but this was the first time at this location. David helped me find and buy a new battery, battery bracket, battery cleaning kit and washer fluid. I didn’t have the tools to replace it on site. David not only supplied me with free tools but did all the work replacing my battery for me. All I had to do was pre clean it. I highly recommend AutoZone, David and this location!!!

My wife’s battery died and I did a quick search and found these guys. Not only was I greeted as I came in…we were joking like old friends in a minute or two. My new battery was loaded up and sent outside with “Mr. Luke” who changed it out quickly and took great care to protect my wife’s vehicle. Great conversation and professionalism. I was so impressed. Made my unexpected bad day, better and saved me from turning into a lobster with this crazy heat. They were so nice, helpful and took care of me got me going within minutes.

I HAVE to give the workers at this location 5 STARS! Todd and David provided exceptional customer service during my visit! I actually had to go there TWICE in one day! Todd helped me the first time with changing the battery in my car remote. He did it without hesitation with his handy tool kit LOL! I came back a couple of hours later and was helped by David who changed my brake lights on both sides. He even told me the light bulb lube he used that I could use it on the bulbs in my house! I appreciated him for telling me that because I was headed home to change 4 bulbs before I learned my brake lights were out! I appreciate it both gentlemen being so kind and helping me out the way they did! Thanks so much!

The employee took care of my issue replacing the battery
The battery was inch larger. Another manager stepped in and confirmed.
They found the correct battery and replaced.

I brought my Ford to AutoZone one evening after work hoping to get the bulbs of my low beams changed. It was a getting late and I was very concerned about driving without lights. I called before and a rep told me that they can change bulbs as long as they do not have to remove the bumper to access them. When I brought the car to the store, Prescilla, an absolutely amazing and knowledgeable representative of AutoZone, reiterated the same. Nevertheless, she graciously went under the hood and pressed on, in spite of some difficulty accessing the bulbs due to their awkward location. She might have just as easily stated that they could not do the job and send me packing. I am very grateful that she persisted until the job was perfectly done. She also volunteered some expert advice in the process; get more advanced and brighter bulbs, apply bulb grease, don’t handle the bulbs with your bare hands, get the lenses deoxidized etc. Prescilla has elevated AutoZone in the mind of this satisfied customer. Way to go! Thanks again.

I came in on a rough day for some help with a simple issue (difficult for me, apparently lol) and had the best customer service experience I've ever had in an Auto Zone. John was so patient and helped me establish the problem and fix it, which in total took about 30 minutes of trial and error. He went well out of his way to get me back on the road again smoothly, quickly, and even with a laugh. I highly recommend this location and it's employees! Thanks again John!

If you need excellent customer service done on your vehicle Noah B. is your guy. My car was having issues starting up and so i came to this location to get my battery tested. He helped me test it, found that it was a bad battery, and helped with the process of purchasing and replacing the battery in a excellent and timely manner. I highly recommend this location for your car battery and service needs. Noah will definitely take care of you.
