We went into this location for new phones (Christmas gifts). Our representative was Ana. She was amazing. Sandra held the fort down while Ana was occupied with us (We took a lot of Ana's time). We came in on a good day. Jim, the Regional Manager was there and he was a HUGE help. Thank you to both young ladies, Ana and Sandra, and to Jim for making our Christmas merry and bright.

I went into the Palm Valley store in Round Rock and had the pleasure of working with Jasmine. My phone was having an issue and she tried several options before it started working again. I appreciate her diligence and patience. Thank you!

I live in Georgetown but always go to the RR location. I have had great luck getting good knowledgeable salespeople compared to the 2 stores in Gtown.
