Best post office ever. Easy kiosk. SWEETEST MAN EVER WORKS THERE. Just the absolute sweetest kindest most helpful guy. I had to write a review about him. He’s in the little side window area where u give packages. Did not catch his name. You are just the best.

Ive always had great experiences here. Ive bought stamps and sent packages, 70+ invitations, thank you cards, Christmas cards, passports. Always processed and delivered quickly. The team is very knowledgeable and does their best to assist you in a friendly way.

The works here are super nice, patient and very informative. Every time I come in they always welcome me in a very professional way. These reviews are very misleading. This is by far one of the best post offices I have used.

My local post office is closed indefinitely due to flooding damage in September so I've been going to North Brunswick. Although there may be a lot of people in line, and usually only one person behind the counter, the wait time is minimal and whenever I have a package to mail, they make sure to offer options and the best price. For example, I mailed a book and if I wasn't specific about what it was I would have never known that mailing a book or "media" is significantly cheaper than your standard rate...a normal $8 service charge wound up being less than $3.

I love their consistency in excellent customer service no matter who assist me. They always nail it.
I specially want to reference one occasion; I went in to access my box, which was due for payment. The person that was there assisted me and help take care of it even though he was not open for business. I was able to pay my box and access my mail.

I don't know what's wrong with you negative people! I went today to this post office and was surprised of how kind and helpful they are! They even accepted to see me and advice me for my passport renewal without an appointment! ( I called for the appointment but mistakenly didn't confirm it for sure.) The good vibes I received once they start talking to me were awesome! They are fast and nice. Thanks guys :)

This post office is my favorite. The staff at this location are extremely helpful, and friendly, and they keep people moving so if there is a line the wait is not long. If you are unsure of how to ship something they inform you of all the options if needed.

This is by far the friendliest post office I have come across in New Jersey, and as an eBay seller, I've been to a fair amount. Very helpful staff. They include a free smile with every transaction, and never fail to brighten my day. Thanks guys!

The North Brunswick Post Office crew has always been knowledgeable & pleasant with all my transactions for the past 20 years. No complaints here from a resident of the town! 😉

The employees at this location have gone beyond their job requirements to help me on several occasions. This location has quite a bit of traffic, yet I've always been helped efficiently and with a smile.

Great team of people working there! Kudos to Joe for being very helpful every time. They even have their own "Richard Gere" 🙂
