Not sure why so many people have left poor reviews, but I have been to this post office more than a dozen times and every single time I’ve had an excellent experience. The staff is always super friendly, fast and helpful. The only difficulty is finding parking sometimes, but even if I’m paying 50 cents to park down the street it’s totally worth it because of how quick and friendly their service is!

My mails have been always delivered on time.

Employees are professional and nice. I noticed that people coming to the post office are not always polite with the staff. I think people should also be polite to the employees of this post office.

It would be nice if the post office get a fresh renovation.

I do not understand why this Post Office has such horrible reviews. There was no line when I went in today at 2 PM. The cashier quickly & politely handled my transaction.

First time I walk in, there's a lady right there hollerin' "How you doin' sweety'. Very friendly staff, I haven't really had a positive or a negative experience at any USPS but this one was definitely a positive one! Very time efficient as well.

I was this morning and the women on the customer service was so helpful for me, it was my first time shipping and she gave me the right orientation and talked to me about the things I needed to do.

I had an issue where the highland park post office wouldn't ship my prepaid package so I went here they excepted it without issue.
