Carly at the Victra store on Olympic Street in Springfield, Oregon, made for our 5-star experience. What an asset! She was totally alone in the store but expertly managed the incoming customers while caring for people with appointments. She was fast, efficient, organized, knew the products well and had the answers to every question we had. She gave tips, always told us where we were at in the process, and kept up a great conversation--we couldn't have asked for better service. We will be recommending her to friends.

And I would like to add that this was AFTER we went to your Thurston store where they couldn't even get wifi so couldn't pull up our account on-line to make the changes/purchases we needed. Seriously? No wifi in a phone store? You need to fix that -- so embarrassing for your staff and left a bad impression on us.

I didn't get the name of the gal who helped me but she was great. I stopped in to get my old phone contents transferred to my new phone last night. She was helping another customer so I took a seat and waited. And waited. After somewhat overhearing their conversation, the gal she was helping clearly had some memory issues. She had been locked out of her phone, couldn't remember her password, etc. I felt bad for her as did the gal that was trying to help her. It was a good 45-minute wait before I was helped but I really appreciated the gal that was trying to help her. Kindness and compassion is a rare thing these days--hats off to the Verizon gal who helped me and who did her very best to help the elderly gal that said she would return today. Thank you, Suzie.

I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee with great Customer Service. Josh was very friendly and answered all my questions and explained any questions I had and treated me with respect and positivity. Thank you Josh👌 I'm very satisfied and happy I chose Verizon 😊

The ladies knew exactly what they were doing and got me everything I needed and made everything easy to understand there is no other store I would rather go to.

Great experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful and appreciated all she did for me to get my phone and set it up.

We went back in to get some technical help and buy screen protectors. We got the help we needed and the manager was able to give us an excellent deal on screen protectors, covers, and a charging accessory. I was very happy with the results.

I had an amazing experience after being with T-mobile for 19 years and never being helped as much as I was today. Everything was explained thoroughly and completely understandable. I want to give a 5 or better for my experience. I don't think I hit all the links. Please correct this and make all areas a 5 Please! Thank you

Second update- 3/9/24, Alanna made our transaction easy and all we needed to do was accomplished quickly.
Update to review- I was in on 10/1/22 to replace my iPhone- Brandon made the process painless and fast and obviously cares about his customers.

I had a long and difficult problem involving business internet, signals in remote places, account limits… Lucas and I were at it for literally 2.5 hours. He went above and beyond and then some to get stuff fixed for me, and then today the business account guy Matthew called me personally to help finish some last steps. I am so glad to have found a Verizon store staffed by tech savvy people who really want to help their customers.

My wife and I visited the Olympic store in Springfield and were greeted promptly and with smiles! Tamara listened as we explained our issues with our phone calling and texting. After a couple of trouble-shooting processes and a couple of tests, our problems were resolved. Well done! We appreciated that she actually listened to us describe our issue before jumping in with random fixes. We will visit again.
