Jess W was super helpful getting my package rerouted the day after I shipped it. I noticed after sending I had a made a mistake, and she mitigated the issue for me like a pro when corporate CS couldn’t / refused.

I shipped my grandkids a few VERY large packages. Lady taped them for me regardless of how busy she got. A few people were able to use the kiosk instead of waiting; that was convenient. As i had a big order the line stacked but the lady kept her cool and was helpful. I went here because the price was the best after researching the weight of my packages. Boxes made it from Oregon to Kansas in tact. I was nervous about the size.

The store owner and staff have always gone above and beyond to handle my shipping and printing needs. Even if it’s a bit on the larger size!!

Michelle was more than patient and professional. I needed guidance and without her my project would’ve never been complete. I recommend if you have need of assistance ask for her!! Thanks again

I had a large packet of papers I needed faxed and the staff were all very kind and professional even as it started to get busy. Michelle kept me in the loop as to where they were at in faxing the papers in-between helping all the other customers that came during my time there. This has been a task I was not looking forward to, so thank you all for your help!!

I had to return 4 area rugs today at the UPS store on Pioneer parkway. The cost of boxes for them would have reduced my refund to very little. However, Alivia and Christina helped to problem solve another solution which cost me very little. I want to thank them and give the highest rating to their store.

I've had my mailbox with the UPS store on Pioneer Parkway for many years. I've moved often enough in the past that this has been my most "official" address. It's been a big convenience.

I've known Jessica for a long time, and she's helped me a lot and I think she's fair with her employees. Most of the workers in there are really professional and patient with the sometimes long lines of sometimes entitled customers.

I've noticed that some of the one star reviews are from people who have mostly low reviews against businesses as a form of retaliation. Some others blame this location for their anger at UPS corporate or Amazon return policies.

Amazing service, they can provide you with a street address for your PO Box which is especially helpful for an expanding small business owner. They print a wide variety of stuff and even give back to the community every year by printing yard signs for American cancer society to promote the Relay for Life event. If you have never met the owner Jessica yourself you are missing out she is a one of a kind human being. I even just learned that they can shift your luggage for you when you are going on a trip! I am going to have to find out more details about this! So if you wonder if they can do something for you just ask!

Christina was amazing in helping me get my Amazon returns processed. Highly recommend this store!

The ladies that work here are so nice and helpful. I’ve dropped off many packages here and mailed packages from here. The staff are polite, professional and extremely helpful.

Jessica and her staff are by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable in the shipping biz. I live in west Eugene and I'd rather travel to their Springfield store than deal with the one 3 blocks away from me.

I use this store regularly for shipping, printing and mailing services. The staff is timely and responsive to my requests. When I walked in the other day with at least eight people in line ahead of me, they had three awesome gals at the counter working hard to move the line along. It took less than five minutes to get to the counter and complete my transaction. I was so impressed! Very useful place for many of my personal and business needs!

I spent less than 2 minutes in the store They were that efficient! Made my day!

The staff at the Pioneer Pkwy UPS store are absolutely fantastic! They are always welcoming and helpful. My trips into the store are always quick and efficient. I've used this UPS store as my business mailbox destination for over a year. When I receive a package, all I have to do is have one of the clerks notice my package received slip and they will get my package for me immediately. It's a real time saver as is having a key to the store to access my mailbox, even when they are closed. I love great service and they deliver it!
