Definitely worth the price. Fast shipping, extremely helpful staff that will custom fit frames to your face and head. Best selection of frames and lenses. Additionally I’m very happy that I opted for some of the lens upgrades, especially scratch resistant coating very nice.

Anita was very professional and courteous in her approach to providing the customer excellent service. Personable, with an attention to detail. Definitely will do business at the Leominster location again.

Lens Crafters in Leominster was very accommodating in the purchase of my new lenses using my older Tiffany frames I love. The associate Anne Marie went over and above to help me with an insurance issue. All worked perfectly. Highly recommend

First time patient Lens Crafters. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The receptionist greeted me right away and was very knowledgeable regarding the questions I had. The optometrist was amazing! He did my examine and had me put in contacts from their on-site contact supply. They fit perfect and was able to leave with them in. Ordering my glasses and contacts were super easy and the apprentice optometrist was very helpful and was a delight yo work with. All and all I’d give the service a 10 out of 10.
The cost of the classes and contacts were very reasonable. Have paid SO much more in the past. For price I give a 10 out of 10!

Kathy, one of the opticians at LensCrafters in Leominster showed her technical prowess and creative savvy in resurrecting a pair of glasses I had that got crunched in a closing car trunk door. This couples with her warmth and congeniality made the relational and productive aspects worthy of repeat business into perpetuity. Thnx, Kathy! :)

Dr Larsen at the Leominster MA location is simply awesome, very professional, took the time to explain general eye health and the reason for each exam test. I was very impressed.

I am also impressed with Leominster MA Lenscrafters knowledge of benefits for multiple insurance providers, the availability of many frame styles and lenses. I enjoyed working with Shae (spelling?) in the retail space. She was great to work with, very knowledgeable and very helpful, making the overall experience simple and painless!

When I visited the store yesterday for a repair and adjustment to my glasses, my issue was handled by Arilyn and all I can say is that I thought that excellent customer service was a lost art. She showed me that it still exists. Not only did she fix the damage made by another tech at an earlier time, she did it with patience, skill and properly. Even with questions about my insurance, she was attentive, knowledgeable and took her time--even though she was clearly busy, to provide information and address my concerns. It is my hope that management of the store realizes her value to the team. In our modern times, and the ability to order so much online, including glasses, the face to face customer service experience is invaluable. She rose to the task exceptionally well.

Went into LensCrafters in Leominster today after my exam for new glasses. As per usual of all my trips in the last three years, Robert took great care of me and my difficult prescription. Extremely helpful, always pleasant and another great experience. Highly recommend!

I first spoke with Amanda on the phone to make an appointment. Although she was extremely busy, she made time for me. She was the role model telephone person: very informative, explained things lucidly and managed my expectations about my appointment. What a pleasant demeanor too. Then I met with Dr. Larsen. She too was patient, extremely informative, and she too managed my expectations about treatment. Her questioning was extensive.
Her diagnosis and prognosis were spot on. She is brilliant. Thank you, Amanda and Dr Larsen, for making my visit such a positive experience.

Big shout out to the wonderful staff at Lenscrafters. Amanda at the MD office inside lenscrafters was amazing , she was so helpful and accommodating. Anne Marie the optician was great, she explained everything and tried to get me the best price. Shay was great as well. These three ladies were just amazing, they were all kind and took care of me, I never felt rushed or pressured, it was a great experience 🙂

Anne-Marie was an amazing sales lady and I ended up purchasing three pair of glasses. Then, I had to use my Product Replacement Plan and Shay helped me replace a broken pair. These store has a customer for life!
