Doctor Larsen was very nice and made me feel comfortable. It has been a long time since I've had my eyes examined. He made the experience very easy and he was knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to everyone.

Very nice and funny, everyone was welcoming. The technology they use is fantastic, I was given an option for bifocals and their complete pair for $99 has a great selection. Taking my kids there for now on.

For a place that gets bad reviews. I thought my visit was pleasant! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Had some laughs, as any job should. It was nice though!

Over the past three years, all of my interactions with the staff have been just grand! Even when one staff member accidentally spilled her coffee as I was leaving an exam, she maintained a cheerful demeanor and a friendly smile.

Great experience! The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly, as was the office staff. They didn't take my eye insurance (not uncommon) but gave me detailed directions on how to file with my insurance for reimbursement, which was so helpful and unexpected.

Arilyn at the Lenscrafters in Leominster assisted me with finding glasses that suited both my features and my wallet. She was attentive, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions, she was truly a pleasure to work with.

At first I was nervous because there was a lady in front of me going off about the eye doctor and how he was trying to extort money from her.

I decided to keep my appt.
Turns out her insurance did not cover her eye exam.
She was rather rude and out of control and wanted everyone around her to hear her anger.
The staff listened calmly to her craziness and maintained a professional attitude.

I found the doctor to be calm, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. He was thorough and focused.

I was very happy with the knowledge and customer service I received. The front staff were great and very helpful when it came time to help me select glasses and figure out the best deals for me, working with my insurance and the store sales.

This examination was by far the most thorough eye examination that’s I ever experienced in my 67 years- I received impeccable treatment from the moment I arrived for my appointment right through to the end.
