They have been taking care of me for years... Broke my glass and they ordered me a new pair and fixed my glasses in the mean time

I have been going to Bay State for years and I have never had to see an eye doctor for anything besides a yearly exam for glasses. Today, I saw Dr Dee Kahan for a medical visit as I am having eye issues from medication. She was thorough and compassionate. She went above and beyond and made me feel like my concerns were valid. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

First and foremost the 1 star reviews are completely wrong! The staff here top to bottom were friendly accommodating and answered all my questions! They were super friendly welcoming and their prices are incredibly reasonable. They explained every step of the process to me. Dr Freeman was super friendly kind and showed me all my results. I’m willing to travel 30 mins just for service alone.

I have worn glasses over 30 years and this is by far the best experience I've ever had.
From the first moment I walked in, the staff was amazing. Friendly and quick without making me feel rushed. Dr Kahan was very patient and thorough. Gave me plenty of time to pick between "1 or 2"... He even took the time to explain all the details.
I was really impressed with the assistance I got from Sheri picking out my frames. Never had anyone so interested in making sure I picked out the right ones for me!
These people really have a great staff that worked well together as a team. I highly recommend Bay State Eye Associates to get you back to 20/20.

The eye doctor i saw was very pleasant and did a great job on my exam. When I was being helped to choose a pair of glasses I got the very best attention. Almost all the staff was around to give an opinion. The guy assisting me took his time and didn't make me rush either. I had over 25 frames on the counter trying them on. I ordered my glasses on a Thursday and no lie they were in the following Monday. My 2 teens had appointments yesterday and they were also very happy with the service they received. I can't complain. Only can give many thanks to Bay State Eye.... you guys are great.

Went to Bay State and had a wonderful experience. The Doctor was thorough and explained everything about my eyes . They even took a picture of the back of my eye. The front desk was very efficient in checking my insurance. I was informed what my insurance copays were while looking at the eyeglasses. They were so helpful with choosing my glasses. Thank you for a great experience.

I don't get what all these negative reviews are talking about but the staff at Bay State Eye Associates staff has always been professional and courteous to me. I've been buying all my glasses and contacts from bay state eye since I switched over from another optometrist in Lancaster in 2012. The staff here will never try to pressure you to buy a product that is too expensive or one that you don't need.I highly recommend Bay State Eye Associates. I don't think any of these negative reviews hold any weight.

This place was a life saver. I needed a pair of glasses repaired and didn't purchase them here but the optometrist still took the time to put a new temple tip on my glasses. The staff was very friendly.

Leominster. As you enter, you will see all the frames around the perimeter. Inside the middle you will be welcomed by the friendiest sales associates I’ve ever met. They're knowledgeable, helpful and competent professionals.....to put it simply, they know their “stuff.” Their recommendations are spot on, they know the latest trends to keep you looking sharp and “with it!”
The frame selection is modern, contemporary, and varied to suit all ages. In Joe’s hands, I know I’m making the best choice in a frame, one that suits the shape of my face, looks age appropriate, is right for my prescription, and most of all, flatters me. The ladies led by Sheri always chime in and give me their informed opinions, which not only makes me feel like a rock star but it makes me feel even more confident as a gal who wears glasses.
My experience at Bay State has always been positive, I highly recommend it. When I told Joe I wished I had come years ago, he replied “ well you’re here now!” So go, you won’t be disappointed!

Everyone was very sweet and there is not a long wait to go in and get your eyes checked. They also have a great big selection of big, small, and wide glasses. Another thing is that they ship in your glasses very fast when I went to the eye doctor on a Wensday and my glasses where ready on Friday of that same week. So if you are looking for a place to go and get glasses or see if you need them I would suggest going to Bay State Eye Associates.

I have been going to and buying glasses from Bay State Eye in Leominster for almost 7 years. I have gotten new glasses about every other year. They also made custom glasses for me to wear on the motorcycle (needed to fit while using a helmet) and a customer pair for playing golf. No additional charge. Just had them made they way I needed them to be made. Never had a problem with any of the glasses I've bought from them until this last pair. A new pair of bi focals for every day use and a new pair of progressives for use at work. Something wasn't right when I got them so I called and spoke with Joe. I made an appointment to come back in and the prescription was changed and new glasses ordered. No issues, no drama. I would recommend Bay State Eye in Leominster to anyone.

I love Baystate Eye Leominster. The staff is very informative and super friendly. Dr. Dave is wonderful with kids too. It was my daughters 1st exam and he made her feel super comfortable. Thank you Baystate 100% Recommend them if you need an Eye Doctor

Very happy with my visit I haven't worn contacts in years so the eye doctor would like to see me in a week.to make sure things are good before I place my order .Friendly good service. I talked more with her than I ever talked to an eye doctor about our lives I enjoyed that .I felt welcomed here

There facility is clean, the staff is courteous and the appointments are easy to schedule. They are able to send you reminders via text (which I find useful). The doctor is on-time and they're easy to locate! I will continue to be a patient there for years to come!

After reading a bunch of the reviews on here I was a little uneasy about going here to get my eyes checked , but needing to order contacts asap I decided to give it a chance . The staff here was amazing , from the ladies at the desk to the doctor himself . Polite , professional and curitous. I would recommend this place to anyone !

I purchased a new pair of glasses from Joe two months ago. I am so happy with the service & pricing I plan to make all my eyewear purchases here in the future.

On my third pair of glasses over the years always happy with the service and price.
