Haze and Blaze: Smoke & Vape Shop

The staff here is always so sweet and VERY helpful. Jamie always has a kind face and good attitude and can always provide her stellar recommendations on a variety of products. Being open early hours is such a connivence for me when I’m in a pinch! They always have some sort of deal going on and even offer “early bird” discounts!

I’ve been coming to this location since it practically opened and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The customer service here is phenomenal and every team member I’ve interacted with really seems to be happy to help. Courtney, not sure on spelling, is a delight. She always remembers my name and even the products I tend to buy. Y’all really need to check out this shop!

Everyone at this smoke shop are extremely knowledgeable and have amazing customer service. One of the managers Shabaz has helped me out a few times and never disappoints on his recommendations. Whether new to cannabis products or a veteran, the folks here got you covered!

This is the second time I purchased items from this store. The first time I met the owners who were super friendly and helpful. This time I had the pleasure of being helped by John who was not just friendly, but I feel he went above and beyond. There was an item that I wasn’t sure about, and John went as far as looking it up online and making sure I was purchasing exactly what I needed. He even sent me out the door with a gift bag full of goodies for me, and my adult daughter who I had mentioned in conversation. This type of customer service is hard to find these days. Their prices are so much lower than the other similar local shops. The selection is more extensive too with many items that are generally hard to find here in Austin. I will hopefully get to make it out to their upcoming opening house. This shop is going to do well here in this area. They earned my business for sure! Thanks John for helping me today!

(In my experience most people working at headshops don't care to much, which is why I usually skip to the next shop instead of wasting my time)

This is such a beautiful shop! I came in looking for a vape, and color me surprised when I walked in; they have a whole vape testing station set up! Dude. My mind is blown! I've found my new favorite smoke shop, literally no other shop compares. Plus Bella was really cool.

Beautiful selection, very clean store that was fully stocked. I was incredibly happy with their delta 8 and 10 flower selections. The employee that was there was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when I asked about their various flower products. I wish I lived closer, but I will definitely be returning any time I'm in the area!
