Great shop, and very friendly staff. I'm in there practically every week, and it's a far more enjoyable experience than any other shop I have been. They put the customer first.

They have great house juices, and amazing prices on their premium blends.

I gotta say, I love these guys. They were the first vape shop I found when I moved to the Round Rock area, and that was really lucky on my part, because the crew that works there is chill asf. Every time I go in I have a good experience, even past the transaction, in fact, I usually hang out a little after just because everyone there is so friendly. The people there are really good at treating people like real people instead of only customers. They always work with me and are patient with my questions, helping me find exactly what I need or juice flavors I will like. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are often actual good shows on the tele there that you wouldn't see in a typical retail environment. I have tried a lot of their juices and even upgraded my kit entirely in the time I have been shopping there, and I have never been dissatisfied. All in all I recommend them above all of the other shops I have tried so far. It's places like this that are the reason the greater Austin metropolitan area is so cool.

Fantastic people at the round Rock and Austin location, awesome management. Staff always are open in assuring you understand the products, very knowledgeable. I feel welcomed and appreciated. I've purchased my products from Austin Vapor for several years now and have no desire to shop with someone else.

Great place to get any vape supplies, decent prices, awesome and laid-back customer service. The guys and gals behind the counter are knowledgeable and down-to-earth to help you find what you need. They are a little easy to miss however, as they are on the side of the Flix Brewhouse building, and their door is currently being repaired. (As of 2/2/19)

Seth was Extremely helpful! I bought a mod kit which was $10 less than flavor vapor. Bought 2 batteries, and some great tasting water dragon juice. Seth had a great amount of knowledge and took the time to walk me through the initial setup. I will be back on payday.

Austin Vapor in Round Rock is the ONLY vape shop within 50 miles that carries the Innokin Z-Coil wicks (for the Zenith Pro Tank)...and at at great price❤!
Also a great selection of juice and appartus. Very knowledgeable of all products and nice to talk to.

Best vape shop in the Greater Austin area. The staff are totally chill and very helpful. Only complaint is the coils I need for my baby Beast are $2 more expensive than most shops.

When in to check on an old vape unit ended up buying a better quality model. Michael was very helpful and spent time explaining all about CBD oil as well as my new model vape. Definitely favorited this business and will use them in the future

BY FAR the best vape shop in Texas. Their customer service always exceeds my expectations. Mason and Micahel always help me out and I'm never disappointed. I never leave with any questions. I highly recommend Austin Vapor as your go to vape shop!!

On the road to stop smoking!

I walked in with a vape needing a tank and found Mason to be quite knowledgeable. He asked how much I used to smoke, if I would prefer the feel of taking a drag on a cig.. questions I didn't expect but helped him zero in on what would make my quitting experience as enjoyable as could be. He sold me a tank and wished me luck when I said zero nicotine juices (I'm doing cold turkey, here!).

He even setup the new tank, showed me how it worked, what power settings to use, and explained how to switch out coils and what not to do. He then went over basic safety tips about vape batteries and how not to make a mess with the juices.

11/10, sir.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, with a "come pull up a seat" no-pressure environment. Have a question? They have suggestions. There is no "take a number", "hurry up and wait", and "NEXT! What do you want, let's go." The loyalty rewards program is nothing to scoff at, either.

Good service at ever visit. "PTS" = Personal touch service. The owner and employees always hav e a smile on thier face and r very eager 2 serve. ( of all ) the shops I've been t o, I makè a special trip t o Round Rock when I live in Austin Just to receive good service, and a hom e feel shop. If u stick around long enough u will always hear a good story or 2. I would highly recommend anyone if u have n I t been to Austin Vapor u need e get over there. You will not b disappointed.

These guys are awesome!!! Talked to the owner a few times and he and his staff are very personable as well as knowledgeable on all things vaping! Went there for my 1st starter and now I'm up building my own get up!

Best vape shop in town run by the best people. Very respectful and take the time to make sure you get what you need. We drive all the way from Hutto because there just aren't any better shops.
