Cruzio Internet

I got tired of switching from provider to provider every other year, unhappy with the customer service of the big companies. I would call to find a resolution and they would often recommend that my problems would go away if I paid for a higher tiered internet option. I finally decided to break from that cycle, went local, and really glad I did. Cruzio recommended a service that fit the needs of my property and I finally have the interrupted service I've been looking for. Installation was quick and everyone has been courteous. I highly recommend Cruzio to anyone that is currently unhappy with their Internet service provider.

Best internet service. Local people with great customer service. It's more reliable than the competition and the wireless service is faster. Also not overpriced like the other options.

We brought our new Ipad in as, when we transferred from the old Ipad, the Cruzio email did not migrate. We arrived unannounced during lunch hour. The sole tech on duty, Sam, said he could help us right then. He did!!! He knew precisely how to handle the situation and we are once again happy emailers. Thank you Sam and thank you Cruzio for hiring him!!!

Amazing! The internet went down last night at our nineteen unit condominium complex. We called at 10:30 PM to report the problem. Some wonderful Cruzio employee came out LAST NIGHT LATE and got us up and running. Cruzio goes above and beyond any other company out there.

Just switched over and loving the wireless pro service. Since fiber seems a distant dream, I thought I'd go local and so far so good! The install (and installers) were top notch, and Jesus has been awesome with my questions before/after. I'm loving this local privacy conscious no cap company!!!

*Update:* Sometimes you'll hear the honeymoon first review, and then nothing else. Well, here is something else! I had some trouble with speed. It was intermittent and could have been maddening if it weren't for their support staff. David was awesome. It always felt like he and the rest of Cruzio cared and took the issue seriously. We worked together through the problem, he kept me informed on what they were looking into, and their talented team found the issue and replaced a piece of defective equipment and brought me up to full speed. Thanks Cruzio!

I’ve rented a lot of offices in the past- but Santa Cruz county is the weirdest pocket in the Bay Area- if you are within this county- your upload and download speeds will be 6mps on average. This seems insane since, as a small business owner I’ve been asked to go national several times over and the proper network has been built within the Midwest but not here- I told everyone to pause, let me figure out a solution, let me grow the company organically and work out our horrifying and archaic upload and downloads in order to grow as a national team.

After much begging it turns out they can’t just build a fiber network within my few city blocks of my home address. After discovering this with tech, I decided to rent my local team a hub to communicate without awful throttling in the cruzio building in downtown Santa Cruz.

Immediately my entire team got more productive and freed up more hours a day and instantly grew. We grew so much, we quickly outgrew the closet office we rented and needed a site.

The staff/owners/ everyone- rallied around our team, and assisted us to upgrade our suite at an affordable price that fits the entire team. They invested and took a bet on our team ensuring we grow. We plan to keep reinvesting and buying more suites as we grow and always support this local company.

Thank god for cruzio as we’ve grown- they are our partner and will make sure they keep growing with us. Our entire team is greatful and can’t wait to see where we are collectively in 2 years. 💕

Great service. Always friendly and helpful staff, you never have to talk to a machine like the big ISPs, its real people. Keep up the good work.

Cruzio is stellar: both as an Internet Service Provider and as a colo office space. The staff is super friendly, the internet is always fast and since working there I've yet to experience down time. The space is also well-lit, very open and plays host to many talented professionals who enjoy networking.

Overall very happy with cruzio's internet service. Thankful to have people like Ian, who is willing to spent the time to graciously explain / walk me through set up of a new device.

I use Cruzio for my home and business. They are very easy to deal with. When I call them for help, I talk to a live person right away, no getting stuck in an automated call center.

Love working here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities sufficient and well maintained... is a good place for a professional to do the work that really matters to them.
