The 2 gentlemen in the Boost store on Central were both very polite, well mannered, knowledgeable & helpful. No complaints.

I went in with a friend who needed a new phone. I was impressed with the knowledge that the young woman had aboit her products and service plans. She helped set everything up so that the move to the new phone was seamless. They had a nice selection of phones as well.

Kay, the manager of this store, is the absolute best. Her customer service skills are top notch, she’s incredibly knowledgeable, and she has a sense of community that is unmatched. Kay genuinely cares about the customers, and goes above and beyond. Best customer service experience I’ve had in years.

Kay the manager was absolutely wonderful! She helped me set up my whole phone, set up my Gmail information for me. You can tell she really cares about her customers. She is the best yet !

I used to have Verizon and dealt with a lot of bored, slightly condescending employees. This store is the complete opposite of that. The owner and his co-worker are always friendly and eager to help. They have fixed every issue I have had in a timely manner. Great business!

The store is excellent. The guys fixed my iPhone 6 screen in 20 mins and activated service for Boost Mobile! Excellent staff! Very positive people! Good service! And very fast! Come see these guys if you need a phone! They make things happen FREAKY FAST!

Had a GREAT experience here! My friend wanted a new phone and sales rep Carly was soooo helpful even when we called before we decided to go to this location. She gave my friend an AWESOME deal and made sure to tell her all about what Boost has to offer, even when our enjoyable trip was interrupted by a terribly rude customer who couldn't figure out how to operate the 1-800 customer service number. carly handled it like a champ tho and my friend and i were BOTH left super pleased at the end of our visit regardless of the fact that i didn't even get anything. LOL Thanks soooo much!!

Super nice guys working here. Got in and got out pretty quick. I switched from Android to iPhone with Mobile Zone so I didn't really know what to expect. Kyle was very helpful and honest when it came to what phone would work best for me and I walked away very happy.
