I came in to get my hello kitty phone a SIM card and although it wasn’t doable the staff tried their very best to help me! They were kind, funny, and very patient with me considering I brought in a random hello kitty phone from AliExpress. They did everything they could to help and the service was amazing! Omar and honestly the whole store helped us out! Omar was great and he was also bilingual! I 100% recommend seeing him or going to anyone at this store! You will feel taken care of!☺

He took charge of giving me the help I needed and persevered to get it done. He made what could have been a frustrating experience a much better one and I’m glad I came to this store!!!!.

This T Mobile is great ! I had to switch from Sprint to T Mobile and upgrade phones, there was a lot that needed to be done but Brandon S, was very helpful! He did everything, smoothly and efficiently and helped me with all my question. He was very nice !

I've been using T-Mobile for 12 year and I can tell no one can bit their prices, offering and services. I always get satisfied solution for all my question and my needs about the cell phone lines. I've got all my family's member phones and lines from T-Mobile Rockaway Mall, all the crew are awesome people and helpfully. Thank you guys for your patience.

I highly recommend this store to anyone who goes there Luisa is a great manager and this T-Mobile store has a really good staff. They work extremely hard and they are helpful. The staff have a lot of knowledge about the stores’s phones and plans.

The T-Mobile store inside the Rockaway Townsquare Mall, Rockaway, N.J. has excellent customer service. One sales rep. in particular is Starling Gonzalez a real professional. He was very informative and helpful regarding feature detail and price range of all phone brand product lines. Initially, I made a phone purchase with him back in June. And most recently almost two months later, I went back to the store for Starling's help with the on-line registration process for a free 2nd year warranty coverage on my new phone. He was right there on the spot eager and pleased to help me! A great salesman with loyalty and commitment to his customers! Yes, Starling is "top notch" sales rep. for T-Mobile!
