Randall, store manager, was great. Spent just about 2 hours there as transferring a number from previous carrier proved exhausting.

Randall had patience, positivity and poise.

Happy ending by the time we left.

And José and Nunu were pretty good, too.

Had a awesome experience. Luis was very helpful and professional. He made the transition from Verizon to T mobile very easy. The customer service so far has been excellent. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing experience here at this location. Randall was a true help and took care of me from begin to end making sure all my information was transfer and online account was setup up to explaining the bill down.

From the minute I walked in the door i could tell this was going to be a different experience than what I was used to with my previous phone provider. The atmosphere was very laid back and relaxed. All the associates were very friendly and helpful. Even the customers were very relaxed. Kyle helped get us set up with brand new phones and the perfect plan for us. John was super helpful and patient in getting my number over to T-Mobile from my old provider. Getting my number transferred over was a bit of a project, but both John and Kyle were super patient! I was very happy with my experience in the store yesterday!

I was in this location today to upgrade a tablet. Luckily I was greeted by Randall. This man is a true professional. I'm also in the service industry, Randall knows how to treat a customer and I left extremely satisfied.

Had a great experience! Joshua helped activate a phone for my friend and made the process easy and stress free. The day before I was on hold and transferred for 5 hours with tmobile specialists. I decided to go to Rockaway the next day and Joshua was beyond helpful! Highly recommend coming here instead of trying to solve anything through customer service. Thanks again!

Came in today to deal with a complicated phone exchange/upgrade where I'm switching from TMobile to Sprint, and Joanne was extremely helpful! I had a ton of questions for her and she was very patient and detailed with all her answers, so I felt very comfortable understanding all the little details. I also wanted to add that this store didn't even make any money off of helping me since I ended up not buying anything, but they were still incredibly helpful, so that's a great sign that this store has integrity.

I have not been in this store for a long time, so I cannot attest to the level of service provided in-store, but I spoke with Joe by phone 3X Tuesday evening. He was amazing and could not have been more helpful! Joe was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and patient, that I couldn’t have been more pleased. He sets the bar very high for excellence in Sprint customer service and every employee should be trained to meet his standards. I have never been more pleased with Sprint than I was Tuesday night! Job well done! Thank you Joe!!

Best customer service I've gotten from a Sprint store in a long time. The Best! I will always go to this store because they are very friendly and helpful. I went for an upgrade and the woman who helped me (Ysabel) was very detailed and also very patient with my questions. I would always recommend them to my family and friends.

I am very happy with the service I have received in this store. Years ago it was the outer store that had superior service, that has not been the case the last 8 years now. I have now been going to the inner mall store for the last 3 years and I can tell you if you want accurate information on your Sprint account this is the only store I know that will give you accurate information. They still treat you like a customer whereas call Sprint directly your treated like a number. I became used to the accurate information and wonderful service the outer store used to offer. Now, it seems, the roles have reversed and the inner store is the store to shop. In fact, it is the only one in the larger area that has such good service.

I visited the T Mobile store located outside of Rockaway Townsquare Mall at 321 Mount Hope Avenue, Suite B, Rockaway, NJ on Sunday, February 27, 2022. I was in need of a new IPhone and had the pleasure of working with your Customer Service Associate Kyle. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable , very friendly and professional. My shopping experience because of him was wonderful . He is truly an asset to your team.

A wonderful girl named Bethany helped me and she made my experience a million times better! Her customer service was amazing she was really helpful answering all my questions and her entire attitude brightened my day! It was an all around great experience thanks to her.

They did excellent job did not have to wait more that 5 minutes for assistance.. I had gone to t mobile inside rockaway mall and it was the worst experience ever after I waited for 45 minutes no one was able do the job. I will recommend any one around rockaway if they need to do anything with t mobile go to the store outside the mall next to dunking donuts.
They have the best service if I could I will give them 10 stars

Adam at the Sprint location on 321 Mount Hope Ave Rockaway NJ was great! We were there on 11/30/18. He understood my families needs and he thoroughly explained Sprint products very well! We didn't feel like were getting ripped off! We were in good hands. Excellent customer service and we look forward to recommending Sprint to our friends and family.

My family and I were paying way too much for our phone bills. So we went into the sprint store to check out a new network and Adam really hooked us up for a sweet deal on a family plan. He answered all questions we had and took the time to go step by step so we walked out happy with brand new phones and a much better plan. Adam was awesome to work with!

I visited T-Mobile at the Rockaway location today and I received assistance from John Cayas. John went above and beyond to get my new phone working and transferring all my information to the new phone. He was very helpful explaining all the features I wasn't familiar with and he didn't rush through everything. He made sure I was completely satisfied with his service. I would highly recommend John to anyone who is purchasing a new phone or need service with their old phone. Bottom line, he is an asset to T-Mobile/Sprint. Thank you John. Brenda Smith.

Adam personally took care of me. He was friendly and very understanding going from an android to an apple. He spent a lot of time explaining everything He made buying a new phone easy and would recommended this store to everyone. I will be back to this store.

On May 9th my husband and I walked into the store around 8:30pm, we needed a new phone for my husbands work and add a new line for me , and around 10:30pm we left the store very happy. The manager Jay and Alex gave us excellent costumer service trying to give us the best possible deal, and because at that time they didn't have the phones in stock they gave a temporary phone so my husband can work. They stayed after store hours and were very patient explaining and answering all our questions, we highly recommend this store.
