AT&T Store

I don’t know if the other location closed, but my review is late because I forgot to do it! Wanted to give five stars to Sara who hopefully sees this wherever she went if the other store location closed. Sara was fantastic in helping me trade in an older phone and get my new one!! Hope I can find her again if I ever want to do more at the store!

The AT&T representative, Rashad, at the Winter Garden Village store was very helpful, patient and personable. He helped my husband and I select a perfect plan to fit our needs, and the purchase of 2new phones. The store had a comfortable vibe and the employees were all very friendly.

My store associate James was so kind and welcoming. He listened to my problems and gave me appropriate solutions. He cared about my experience in store while multitasking with other customers. He made everyone feel important. I will come back.

My store associate name was Oscar was extremely helpful, I was on vacation and lost my phone in a river kayaking. When I walked in to the store he immediately greeted me and started to help me, a bonus was that he also from Chicago land areas where I'm from long story short he got me a brand new phone and had it set up and ready to go with in 20 minutes of me being in the store

James Jean is an amazing sales rep , he puts attention to the details and delivers outstanding customer service every time , he is one of the reasons I changed to ATT and still here , he is also knowledgeable and always happy to help ... he is amazing !

Giovanni your sales associates welcomed me today as soon as I stepped in the store. My new iPhone cellular was totally mess up since that day ATT internet connections issues. I tried to reset it myself but I touched the wrong buttons it went all settings completely crazy. Giovanni was super Professional and very skillful He demonstrated great knowledge in technology with iPhones. I am a customer with ATT for 40 years I will never change it or replace it with any other provider.

Giulio and the manager of the store were great with my problem and help me with my situation and the switching! Very helpful and grateful! 🙏🏻

One of the BEST experiences I've had with an AT&T store and I've been a customer for over 15years. The associate Pablo, at the Winter Garden, FL store, took such good care to meet our needs and make sure we received the best services without having a dramatic increase in price to our bill. The manager of that store, Felipe, was so patient in explaining all the details of the plan changes, what to expect on the bill, etc. when i had followed up with additional questions later. Outstanding service by this team and I'll be keeping my business with AT&T because of them.

We had a marvelous experience going into the Fowler grove ATANDT STORE. JOSE WAS A MARVELOUS technical guru. He explained so much to us that we never knew before. He should be teaching your other employees. Becky and Dan Stewart. Jose was the technician

All I can say is WOW! Jose completely took the best care of me today after a troublesome week of service issues from AT&T. He took ownership of my issue and wouldn't let me leave until he had solved it - and this man worked hard to get it done. Thank you so much to Jose!

Giovanni walked us through all the options we have after we lost our phone. He was very helpful and honestly why we stayed with at&t instead of looking for other carriers/deals. Outstanding customer service.

Att store personal name Jose went way beyond to solve my problem that 2 employees on the 611 call caused and were not able fix their mess!!! With tears in my eyes I explained how desperately I needed to resolve my problem. He heard what I had to say and he found a way to resolve my problems and I’m so very grateful for Jose and his commitment to Customer Service!!! Kudos to Jose!!!

I also want acknowledge the first customer service individual name Edison who was assisting me but his shift ended.

I am extremely satisfied with Sully and all of his hard work. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Had me in and out in under 35 minutes. Promote this man, or at least give him a raise.
