I had a really problematic issue with my Best buy/Verizon mobile account. Evans helped me out and somehow, in a long call with Verizon managed to restore my faith in Verizon, Best Buy and humanity in general. The man is a star and should be made store manager (nope), regional manager (bigger), CEO (yes!) immediately. Cheers from the English bloke who’s blood pressure you restored to normal….

Really nice Best Buy location with nice employees and a great selection of cameras, electric bikes, and other cool stuff. I liked being able to play with the different new cameras that are coming out.

Love waking through here whenever I'm in Winter Garden. Usually great prices, especially around Black Friday. Staff are great, Geek Squad helped a lot when my PC was having issues. Pretty great all around.

We’ve always had a great experience at this Best Buy. Each department has knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to share their thoughts on a product. And if someone doesn’t feel as if they know enough about a product, they always grab someone who does. We definitely recommend Best Buy, and more specifically, the Winter Garden location.

The location is great. The staff service is impeccable - someone always there to assist with a smile. Every and any electronics you need is there. Need financial assistance? there are lots of options available.

Customer Service Support Specialist was very helpful with my problematic exchange of a damaged ice maker. I really appreciated all their patience. 4 people had to get involved to resolve the issue. An issue that is really a corporate office created problem. If you're a total tech member in sure you'll understand. They don't give you an option to buy an extended warranty. Instead, they offer a 2-year warranty that is really just a 1-year warranty. Because in the 2nd year you have to pay a 50 dollar service fee for the technician to come out and see what the issue is before they warranty the item. If you want to extend beyond the 2nd year, they charge you a monthly fee, which the cost varies as it is a percentage based cost. Depending on what the item costs.

Great discounts on Apple products and excellent advantages for members of the Plus or Total plans. Customer service is nice, but high value products take time to be taken from inventory.

Sales persons are sent for special training. Very knowledgeable and professional. They truly work to get you the best product at the best price! Hector at Winter Garden store is amazing.

I've been to several of their other locations but this is the only one that is professionally run.

The manager never let's you wait without being served. So, you don't have to hunt someone down to assist.

Their Geek Squad is super sweet & knowledgeable. They helped me to pull off a special 85" entertainment bundle for my hubby.

Best Buy's always my go-to place to go for electronics it is quite a little expensive but you get what you pay for the quality is very good and no warranty is very great I brought a couple speakers here for my daughter's car for graduation and they work completely good sound system nice

Awesome tech experience! I went to them to upgrade my all in one computer with a new HD. The service tech broke my monitor while taking it apart. Now, the contract did say they weren't responsible in so many words, but I had issues about what happened. Long story short, they listened and gave me 150 gift card towards another computer. I ended up buying an IMac, and the service was able to transfer all data into the Mac and gave assistance in its operation. Awesome service

Went to purchase a new TV. The salesman at the TVs area was very knowledgeable and helped in the purchasing process. Very happy with the service and price.

We ordered a couple gaming devices for our grandson and decided to come into the store rather than have them shipped through the holiday season. The staff was terrific and helped me tremendously get this done.

Newly renovated with a great selection of the stuff Best Buy is famous for...TV's Appliances and Computer stuff. Always walk out of here with a great deal on something. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

They refurbished this whole store and updated it and it feels so luxurious, the pickup area is organized and easy to find. The staff is always very helpful!
