The UPS Store

UPS gets a ton of Amazon returns, and sometimes it can get really busy for those employees. This one I had gone to return a few of my items. The woman working was the only one there with 8 or 9 folks waiting in line and helping two customers at the same time with different needs. Myself with having to print labels for Amazon and another person who needed to have documents placed into pdf format. She was a Superstar! She handled everything tactfully.

My review isn't of the store, but the woman who worked there late on October 12th, 2023. I hope she sees this and understands she did a great job.

Wilson W is a respectful and helpful employee. The lines can get long in this location but they have enough employees to keep the flow.

I enjoy doing Amazon returns that this UPS location. Today a lovely woman name Rosa helped me. Efficient and easy service. Sometimes it can get very busy. Today had zero traffic. I hope you have a wonderful experience too.

Not sure why the reviews are so negative here. Both of the guys behind the counter were in a good mood and seemed like they knew their job very well. Even went a little above and beyond for me despite how busy the store was.

Got my finger prints scanned (Live Scan) here so I can take my RDA Exam. Super fast. In and out!

Stopped by the DC store for packages I needed to print labels for and send out plus an Amazon return. Overall the process was very easy, especially the Amazon return! Curtis assisted me that day and was friendly and fast

This store has friendly and knowledgeable staff with great customer service skills. Curtis was able to help me send my passport renewal documents with ease and efficiency. Highly recommended coming here for all of your shipping and packaging needs.

Between choosing USPS and UPS, I prefer driving to Westlake to go to UPS for a few reasons. First, parking isn't a hassle, especially when there's an easy exit near Nation's. Second, there usually isn't a line or long wait time. Third, whenever a customer enters UPS, those behind the counter are usually welcoming and eager to help with mailing/fax/copy questions. And lastly, whether it's to drop off or mail a package, it doesn't take longer than five to ten minutes.

Absolutely love this place. The people are so nice and their service is wonderful .
