Red Wing - Daly City, CA

Went in there today and was helped by Jason and a really awesome young lady whose name unfortunately escapes me. They helped me find the perfect shoe for my job and lifestyle. I ended up going with the women’s heritage moc toe in black, and they fit so great and were so comfortable that I wore them right out of the store. Not only did they take the time to help me find the perfect fit, they also demonstrated proper shoe care to make sure my new kicks last a long time. Great service and a solid, comfortable well made product.

I came to Red Wing to redeem a voucher my company gave. They were very friendly when assisting me in getting my work boots. They helped me find the right fit and even helped me find comfortable soles for the boots. I will surely be coming back when I need work shoes.

Went in with my husband who has recently decided he wants to be a boot guy but doesn't like spending a lot of money on a single item. Jason took his time to walk us through all the options, show us how they will wear in. He patiently answered all my engineer-husband's questions until a decision was made. Jason was very knowledgeable about the company, I'm not sure if they do sales training but this guy memorized the script and represented them very well.

I am a finicky woman who wants well made shoes that last, are comfortable and don't have slippery soles. I bought mens' shoes because they tend To be Very Well made & The sales man said most are Unisexual and a few are designed for women.
I wore the pair to work and they look terrific w dress pants!!
Plus I bought pair of cotton socks that don't indent my legs-thanks! -I'll be back to buy all the colors!!....I appreciate salesmen who understand that I want quality.

The new manager, Jason, offers incredible customer service. He and his staff were very attentive and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the right boots, offered advise on insoles, and streamlined the exchange process when I had second thoughts. Easily the best boot fitting experience I have had at any Red Wing store.

Jason, the new store manager, was amazing. Guided me through using their Ultimate Fit system to get me the best feeling pair of boots I've ever worn. I had the same pair of boots for ten years, and Jason really helped get me through the process of moving on to a new and better pair. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for boots!

Great selection of work boots to choose from here at this store. Jason the store manager works with his customers to try to help you narrow down your choices. He gives you the best advice and suggestions based on your needs. He’s patient and understanding at the same time. He tries to make you feel happy and satisfied when you walk out of the store. Purchased a pair of boots in Redwood City and it was a nightmare. The manager was not helpful at all. She kept insisting that I could not size up to normal shoe size since the boot runs big, given all feet are different. Long story, short; Returned the boots 3 times at the Redwood City location and the boot never fit to comfort. JASON here at Daly City was the solution to the problem and took care of me.

Go here now if you ever need boots, you won't regret it. Just stopped by one day to look around, was not invested to buy anything at the time. I needed a pair of boots for work and the selection was huge. The manager here really took his time to go through all the boots on the shelf and which ones fit my specific needs. He was informative and knowledgable, so I picked out a pair of boots that I needed in no time. Got my boot size, paid and left hassle free. Will definitely be back if I need a new pair of boots.

Jason has been so nice and helpful in getting my boots stretched. I can finally wear them comfortably without limping when my feet expand. He is very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back to purchase the next pair of boots here.

During the middle of Jason helping me, a gentleman actually came in to compliment and thanks Jason for his recommendation of the boot socks (which convinced me to try out a pair too!) I went there since many of my coworkers wore these fancy boots. They immediately did a ultimate fit test, and they showed me some shoes. Because I have wide feet, they helped me put it on a machine to make it wider. When we were out of solutions, they were able to help me order a size wide shoe. Overall, their managers and employees treated me with kindness and didn't ignore me even though I went into their store in sweats.

Very happy with my redwing heritage boot purchase. I always believed Redwing to be more of a male product store, but decided to go in anyways. Jason helped me find some really nice women boots. A bit pricey, but they are quality. Love the boots and will be back for more. Store is a bit small, but staff are very friendly and helpful. The store was packed when I went in but the staff were handling the customers with efficiency. Can't wait to buy another heritage!

Be patience store gets busy, but worth the wait!

At this time the store only let's in one person at a time. Great selection of work boots and a few casual boots. But as you already know, a bit pricey because some of their boots are made in America.

Jason was amazing! He was informative and helpful in finding the perfect size and willing to go the extra mile to make sure it's the right fit. I highly recommend this red wing store based on the great experience with the staff.
