AT&T Store

Visited AT&T for an extra line on my business account and was fortunate to have Sean C. assist us. His service was beyond exceptional, providing clear, concise information and making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction!

Jose and Leslie helped me resolve an issue I'd been having for weeks with trying to get set up with 4 lines on Wireless BYOD and transferring the numbers from our previous carrier. It had been such a stressful experience before I made it to this store location, and these two knocked it out of the park in customer service.

I love coming to this AT&T store the Angels that work here. Franco and Angel and Lizbeth are extremely patient and helpful with all kinds of technical and spiritual issues. Amen! 🙏🐜❤‍🔥🤵🏽‍♀🤵🏽‍♂💁🌌🪯

This was the store I was sent to from the Anderson location. This store was amazing. They were very quick to find what the activation problem was and in a fraction of the time had us good to go. These guys are really friendly and knowledgeable.

A day later I had returned to trade in my phone (part of the bad information given at the Anderson store location) and this store reassured me that I didn't need to turn it in. They also were able to tell me about a promo the other store failed to mention. Yeah they didn't have the watch in stock but they gave me all the info I needed to claim the promotion.

Super helpful, kind and well-staffed. Leslie is a great employee and solved my problem with genuine care.

Issaac is so great and willing to go extra miles to help us.

Angel was so awesome! He exemplified what customer service should be. He went beyond the duty to display the motto of satisfactied customer service. He was very patience and knowledgeable about his job. He should be rewarded in some kind of fashion for him making sure the customer is happy. Lizbeth was also an awesome person. Did a great job of helping meeting the customer need. Theses are the people you need to keep on your team to have happy customers.

I had a great experience here. Kritzia was patient with me and answered all the questions I had. Sales team let me shop until I was ready to purchase and didn’t pressure me. Quick, awesome service. Would use this location again!

Had an excellent experience and also had my Nighthawk reestablish with connection on original simcard, which kept my original plan that ATT no longer offers... something like a grandfather clause. As indicated, it was an excellent experience. FYI: Original plan and still is, pre-paid in which I fully support!

Hello AL here. I went in there with no time to waste and in a hurry with my busy schedule. I was fortunate to meet Manny and greatful that he was able to follow through with all my questions and put up with my cranky butt. He was able to diffuse my situation and get right to action on solving the "issue" I thought I had. Thank you so much Manny and I know u guys stay busy there. Keep up the good work 💪. Always Best costumer experience at this location. The folks always willing to help. Sometimes I have to wait, but is worth it. I really appreciate great costumer service, especially in this difficult times. Thank you for help me to set up my new iPhone.

I can’t remember if it’s spelled Kritzia or Kritiza, but she was incredibly helpful! We spent almost three hours working together to transfer an old number on another account to mine, doing two trade in and upgrades, and changing to different plans! She was A GOD SEND!!! I absolutely hate going to the phone store but she made that as easy as it could be for how much we did. Also, although I did not need it, I found it nice that almost all the staff seemed to speak Spanish- this specific store felt safe, inclusive, supportive, and helpful! Thank you Kritiza/Kritzia - you deserve a big raise for saving me from giving up on ATT as a service. Thank you!

My go to ATT store hands down. Bought all my devices here because of the quick and friendly service here. Most recent visit was great as usual. Manuel was super patient with me when helping me backup my phone and didn’t make me feel pressured when looking at accessories. Always happy to upgrade here!

The reps at this location are always honest, friendly, helpful, and quick. They are knowledgeable in their products and services. They dedicate themselves to helping you fully and focus on your questions and needs. We are always satisfied with the service here even if we can't get what we want necessarily from AT&T.

Miggy, Saúl, and Liz are all terrific at this location. Miggy helped my friend who had a complex situation. Saúl helped me with my iPhone and iWatch set up. Both Saúl and Liz provided me with a lot of information about AT&T phone capabilities in Europe. I really appreciate them.

Kritzia and Isela were amazing! They provided excellent customer service, went above and beyond, and help me avoid hours of frustration. They deserve a raise and promotions! There were many opportunities for them to give up but they kept thinking of new solutions to help me solve my problems. It got to the point where they weren't just helping me as workers of AT&T but helping out because they cared and wanted to be great. I appreciate their effort immensely.

Lizbeth was extremely helpful. They were out of the phone we wanted. She suggested where we could find one.
We came back w/the phone. She activated the phone & gave us some really good info.
