Perfect place for sitting and hanging out with friends…. Coffee is always good

Upscale/High End coffee shop conveniently located in downtown San Mateo. Plenty of indoor seating, immaculately clean, wonderful drinks and friendly staff! It can be a little pricey but I like to think of this place like a Starbucks but much better with higher quality coffee and care put into their drinks. In order to conserve the environment, they now default to using oat milk in their drinks by default, but this makes everything much better.

Highly recommended if you’re looking to enjoy a coffee in a clean and spacious environment with friendly people and good coffee.

Came here for good cup of coffee, the place was comfortable and not too crowded.

Love going here. I generally order some items on the app as they have some exclusive deals and then you don’t have to wait in line. The New Orleans iced coffee is my personal favorite. I also really like the new date iced coffee. I believe it’s a seasonal flavor.

Stopped by for my morning latte. Was meeting a friend at B st and spent some time here to wait and enjoy a couple of lattes.

Blue bottle is a staple in the bay area. Only time I had been before was in the Miami location before the closed it. Their pour overs are great and their iced coffee in a carton is great. I really enjoyed the waffle served in a coffee filter.

Good coffee, good waffles. Spartan decor - not sure if I'd go there every day but it's unique.

The barista is great and need time to make a cup of coffee.. the place has a loud music n not ideal for working place..

Love the atmosphere and natural lighting of the lounge. The only thing to note is that there are no electrical outlets, in case you plan on being for here for extended time.

Loved the modern minimalistic yet solid table benches.

I really like their mocha, even if it’s $6.50 with some extra sugar. The milk art has always been there, which looks rich and creamy. Also, I like this location so much more than the Ferry Building location in San Francisco. The only thing I don’t like about Blue Bottle is the line, so I mobile order.

I love Blue Bottle coffee. My favorite beans are Three Africas, Giant Steps and Bella Donovan. The staff are super friendly and know how to make a mean Cappuccino! Love their snacks !

I went there first time for coffee as I heard from one of my friend. Beautiful place, beautiful interiors and of course caring staff!I ordered Caffe Mocha, really amazing coffee ☕. Loved it! I also recommend to them who are coffee lovers❤...
