Sometimes my mom forgets to ask for her senior discount at places and tonight we were already paying and my mom mentioned it and Leah the sweet cashier told us she already applied it to our total.. saving us $8. Thank you Leah.

Super clean. Great selection. Was in and out fairly quickly. I will definitely be coming back. Spent about $45 on 4 outfits and 2 pairs of earrings!! Talk about a deal!

Emma Ross Chopper so any Ross I go to the all the same pretty clean people walking around and moving around the workers there at this specific store was very nice and kind I know what I wanted so I found it and I got in and I got out that day the lines weren't long

I went here to get a back pack for work. My mom needed to use the rest room and the lady in the back, manning the fitting rooms was very sweet to my mom, she spoke softly and gently and treated my mom with so much care that I was just amazed. She's African American and she won me over that day!, I ended up buy a backpack and a sweater with some undies, and even got a senior discount because of my mom!

Purchased a new suit case for travel. It worked well. I always find stuff that I need and end up buying stuff I don't need.

The staff is friendly and they have a nice variety of clothes that changes too. There parking is good and the lines for the cash registers normally don't take too long. When it comes to finding something to get, you'll have to put effort into finding something you like, but most of the prices aren't outrageous. The place is normally pretty clean.

It can get a bit crowded at times because some of the aisles are a little small. If someone is in the way, you might have to wait or walk around in case there isn't enough room to pass them.

LOVE this store, I come into this store about 2 times a month... I always find GREAT deals... They have a new store manager SUPER nice lady her name is Marcell and Tamara the assistant manager is great.... with this store being under new management I feel this store will do even better than before... the racks were full and the shelves were stocked... I came looking for dog jackets and they had so many to choose from...

Love the deals and wide variety of merchandise. Toy selection and pricing excellent (better than B_g L_ots).

Yesssssssss I find so many cute things and for a good price. All brand names and they never fail to disappoint. I always leave with something. I can't wait to redecorate my home they have so much cute home goods. Sad thing is hella people steal and they put up certain items and if you don't ask you wont see them🤷🏾‍♀🤦🏽‍♀

You can find a lot of name brands like Nike Jordan for half price or even less. Plus they have a bunch of shoes you can even find a hidden gem if your lucky. Recommened if your not trying to break the bank but still look good 👌

The staff is always kind and helpful. Store is decent not to messy like most Ross stores. The security officers or lp always great you kindly. By far one of the best stores I've ever been in.

I got some fantastic deal it was very nice going in there today I haven't been in that store for over three years but today was very pleasant all the customers and employees everybody was very nice👍👍

We came in pretty late, and they were very welcoming. Shakia was the lady who helped us, and was very nice and charming. Great experience all around.

It had the Dresses my 2 teenage nieces lived at a great price. They are 14 and 16 yrs old. We all was happy

Go during the morning on weekdays. Specially on tuesdays when they have new stuff and it is a great shopping experience. Avoid saturday or sunday because lines are super long and the store is crowded and messy.

I spent $400 and some dollars for me and my son in here very good experience we have the homeless man and he said to the grocery place got everything we needed and more and on Tuesdays they have a discount day

I got in and found what I was looking for. The dressing room was clean and the attendant was well aware of the area. The line moved fast and all employees were helpful and friendly.
