Gong Cha

I literally walk blocks looking for a Vegan snack option (initially sweeter than savory), and I'm glad about discovering Gong Cha's Vegan Dumplings! Customer service is good; an employee answers my questions well and assures me of ingredients I question (like the mushroom bits that taste like meat, I question if I'm eating pork for a moment, and the tofu surprises me with the mixture of other vegetables). The dumplings taste good with one or two dips into the soy sauce though the soy sauce isn't necessary, to me. The establishment takes multiple forms of payment.

Overall: first of all, I love bubble tea from gong cha. Wide selection of bubble tea and toppings. This location is consistent with their bbt and quality. The location is in a busy location so oftentimes there will be a 5-10 minute wait but so worth it. Price is standard across most gong cha locations in the northeast around $4-$5 for a medium size. Service is excellent here.

Had a terrible experience at Bubbleology, then came here right after in search of good bubble tea. Did not disappoint. The store was clean and very cute and the workers were very kind and fast. It was overpriced but I’ll pay this price if it means avoiding the sewage water I received at Bubbleology. Gong cha always has the best.

I went here tonight for some bubble tea and ending up ordering the Peach Sparkle. I loved how they reminded me to not shake the cup bc if I did, I would’ve lost my bubble tea. Overall great experience, I loved the decorations and the added sushi bar. 10/10 for the huge bubble tea plush!!

Second or third time here but first time during COVID. Great look inside and winter time decorations were really inviting. Right outside is the harvest moon outdoor seating area which is really nice to just stand by and watch the performers. Great place to go get bubble tea after a meal.

We've been here two times. The Chinese foods, rice and noodle, are very authentic. The flavor is good and no msg thirsty feeling. Not sure about the teas but the foods are definitely good.

Try their strawberry and brown sugar bubble tea. It’s good.

Very personable service and very kind folk! Had patience with me when I couldn’t decide what to eat and even offered to make a sample! Would def come back!
