Live Oak Village

I came to work at Live Oak Village in February as the Resident Care Coordinator. I have been truly impressed with the care of residents, the management team in their continued efforts in supporting the residents providing great quality of care, food and day to day support to them and their families. I have been a director of nursing for many years and have worked in several ALF communities and can honestly say this is my favorite location thus far. I love coming to work every day enjoying my residents, management and care team to provide exceptional care for the residents. I will continue in my efforts to support the residents in their care, laughter and daily fulfillment of their lives. I highly recommend anyone looking for home feeling for you or your loved one to check out Live Oak Village.

Since living at Live Oak village I've experienced all helpful and wonderful employees. The hospitality they bring is like no other retirement homes. I recommend this place for bringing motivation and activities to our lives. They are very careful when giving medications and active RCA's that are always willing to help. Live Oak Village is a great place to work and live. The executive director truly cares about her residents and staff. She goes above and beyond to meet all their needs. At Live Oak, we are not just residents and staff, we are family. And we have a lot of fun and laughter throughout our days.

Live Oak Village is very special to my heart! After moving to the Foley area almost 3 years ago, I began looking for a job and God placed me at Live Oak Village. From the first day I walked in to Live Oak Village, I knew this is exactly where I belonged. The staff and administration exceeds expectations with amazing activities, food and care.

I just moved here in February. The staff are excellent and have been wonderful to me! They provide fantastic activities and transportation has been a life saver!

We couldn't be more thrilled with the service and facility at Live Oak Village. EVERY single staff member has been incredible to work with. The apartment we chose for our father was super clean, well appointed and spacious! Diane, our contact there, worked double time to make sure we were able to get everything completed in a short amount of time. In the 3weeks our father has been there, we can already tell a big difference in his well being and overall happiness. BEST decision!!!! Thank you Live Oak!

I have had the pleasure of providing physical therapy services at Live Oak for the past 2 years. I absolutely love this facility and their staff, they genuinely care and take care of their residents. Their safety compliance is top notch, just as everything else is. I have witnessed the staff and management here go out of their way on numerous daily occasions to ensure their residents are properly taken care of. If i were to make the decision in facility for my parents or grandparents, this would be the place to go, for sure!

I have had the honor of working as a RCA (Resident Care Assistant) since 11/2020 and absolutely love it. I look forward to going to work, as it is a joy and pleasure being able to assist the residents, at this particular facility. The other staff members, from all areas within the facility, genuinely care for the people and each other here. I'm blessed to be a part of this team!
