Video only not only great prices but GREAT SERVICE We worked with the Manager today, our elderly father with dementia need a new tv. The manager, was kind and understanding. As always we got a GREAT deal , they had exactly what we were looking for. I personally only shop at Video only this was the 5th purchase...Don't even bother looking anywhere else.If I could give 10 stars I would

John was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always great to get someone who knows what they sell. He showed us the differences in TV picture quality, and we selected the best one for our needs. He also gave us a deal and took our non-working TV. Even went so far as to show us all the competitor prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

I heard the radio ads for years and finally went in to the store without the intent to purchase but just to look. John helped me and we started with a on sale great looking tv with an excellent picture quality. He showed me a few different options at similar price points, went through the technology on the TV's and I ultimately decided on something that was antiglare and gave more of the theater vibe; my house has big windows so glare can be a problem when watching movies/gaming. I'm glad that I visited the store and talked to John as well as the GM, they definitely know their way around TV and technology; I work in the film and production industry and to hear the guys talk about nits and spectro testing was great; only true TV nerds understand. Glad I stopped in and found the TV that fit my needs, they did not push me, and helped guide me to the best decision for my purposes. Thanks again.

Our TV went out very unexpectedly in January and no troubleshooting we tried fixed it. We decided to check out Video Only, as we'd heard their (admittedly silly but memorable) radio ads and WOW was it the right choice!! The salesman was unobtrusive but offered to help further if we needed it. When the model we wanted ended up being out of stock, they offered an upgraded model for a small upcharge of our original pick. When we asked if they could deliver it to us and take our old TV (as it was so large and we're on the top floor of an apartment building) they gave us a resounding yes. Finally, when the delivery came it was prompt, personable and Mr. Hook even got it totally hooked up and mounted for us. Overall, this was the BEST customer service experience I've had in recent memory. Thanks so much, guys!!

I went into the spokane location for the first time and couldn't be more impressed with the inventory and hospitality. I went in with two different tv's in mind and Scott made it very easy to decide between the two. And to make matters even better they beat all the local competitors buy over $300. I'll definitely be shopping here again and I'll be telling all my friends to go check out video only when it's time for them to upgrade displays.

Great place to buy a TV! They were the only place in Spokane that had the TV I wanted in stock and they were less expensive!!!

I had a great experience here! I called ahead of going in to confirm a price on the TV that I was looking at, and it was on sale to match the pricing on Amazon. They also offer a $400-$500 credit to trade in your old TV, which is great. The manager, Andrew, was very friendly and helpful. He knew a lot about the TV and asked if I had all of the cords that I needed before I left. I would highly recommend Video Only if they have the TV model you're looking at for a great price!

I enjoyed working with Andrew Norton in buying a 83” lg g2 and it is a superb oled tv. I really appreciated Stephen Hook the installer…who wall mounted the tv…excellent work done. Price was good as we purchased the tv in a promotional offer. Glad my wife picked the larger screen size!

This was the most pleasant and informative experience I have had at a retail shop in a long time. I was greeted at the door, the sales man was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, but not too pushy. They had a large selection of TV's and home audio and I was bale to find exactly what I was looking for. Even though they already had the lowest prices in town they went ahead and shopped around for me just to make sure I was getting the best price available. I will shop nowhere else from now on for TV's and audio.

I looked at smart televisions at Best Buy and had narrowed it down, but was still confused. I stopped at Video Only on my way home, and I'm very glad I did. The store sales manager was extremely knowledgable, and unlike BB could show me actual internet streaming and local cable signals for side-by-side comparison, rather than an enhanced store 4K feed. The person they used for delivery and installation was great, and I ended up saving $400 on my purchase compared to the same model at BB.

We had a great experience here. The sales person who helped us knew a lot about the TVs available and made sure we had what we needed without upselling us. The prices were very good. We would recommend this store to our friends and family.

Just purchased an 85" Samsung from them. The salesman was super helpful and not overbearing at all. They also had the best price compared to the big box guys and had the TV in stock. Next time I find myself wanting another TV I will be stopping here first.

I had a great experience at Video Only! The prices were better than what I have seen at Best Buy and Costco. The salesman I worked with, Derrick, went above and beyond to help me! He explained the differences in TVs for me so that I could find the right one for me! He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable! The store was clean and all of the staff were friendly. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends/family!!

Amazing customer service!!!!! What's incredible is I didn't even shop in the store in Spokane. I actually bought a few speakers for my home entertainment system from a competitor. I had two major installation issues that I needed help with. I wasn't too confident with the sales team where I made the purchase, so I remembered buying things from Video Only in California, so I made the call. I spoke with two different employees and I want to recognize them both. Both of these amazing employees didn't care that I didn't buy my speakers there, the just wanted me to get up and running. I was so shocked that they spent time with me on the phone until I got it fixed. You just earned my business moving forward. Please give thanks if the boss is reading this to Johnathan and Derek. Went in just to see their selection and prices to compare to other places. Andrew Norton helped us and was extremely knowledgeable on all the tv's. He asked more then the basic question of "do you have any questions?". Best of all he was not pushy at any time. He even went over to the computer to see if he could find the TV we chose at the competitors so they could price match, but when he found they were all on sale for the same price they were offering he offered an extended warranty or an additional $25 off the TV. Got the TV home and the remote would not work, 1 call to Andrew and he walked me through how to fix it and it solved the problem. Will definitely recommend Video only to friends and family and will return in the future.

We had to replace a older tv. Andrew and crew were very helpful. Took the time to explain the features. Bought a new 2020 model tv cheaper than the older current 2019 on sale at other stores. Got a good price. Plus the follow up service is great. No waiting for the call to be answered - then put on hold. One on one service, which is hard to find now.

This was one of the easiest buying experiences I have ever had. I was able to walk in and tell them what I wanted in a TV and I got it. They didn't hassle me to buy up at all! They were more concerned that I got the TV that I needed and not something I didn't want. They really know their products. No hesitating and all the information that I looked up before going in matched exactly what they said to me. Great to know that they're stores like this still out there. Oh and I should mention that the prices are great. I rather pay a little more for great service than to have no service at all!
