Spectrum Store

Went in to switch service and get a new phone. The wait was long since there were only a couple people working but Justin was quick and answered all our questions we had and made switching phones easy, very pleasurable to talk with!

Usually I dread going to the spectrum store, but I had a good experience with this store. Although there was only one guy at the desk, he was really cool and respectful, got my router & modem swapped out with zero issues 👌

Justin was very helpful. Customer service on the phone was awful and everyone was saying different things. I knew I needed to go in person to someone in the store. Justin was patient and had a great sense of humor. I will be requesting him in the future.

Only my second time at this location. Customer Service was Excellent. Store very clean and welcoming!

Friendly staff, made the transition from our old carrier as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend

I don't remember her name but there's a young blonde headed girl that always has her hair pulled up. She is the most genuine nicest most knowledgeable person at that store. I will wait for her And let others go before me just so she will help me because she speaks in terms I understand

The young man was such a great help. I needed a new phone and was worried I wouldn't get my info. But he took the time and was very patient with me. He set it up and slowly I got my information from the other phone. Thanks so much!

Although Spectrum gets a thumbs down because this is the second time we've had to exchange a modem, customer service rep, Alexia gets a gold star! She has helped me on both exchanges. She is professional and just as sweet as she can be. Thanks, Alexia.

I am very new to spectrum and so far so good. They've been very helpful and very polite. And very quick to answer the phone unlike dish.!

Hello! I am writing this review on behalf of DA’Mane Harris. I appreciate how she went the extra mile to help my father and I disconnect his cell phone service. We were having many issues between he and I getting it done. She was nice and very helpful! We are greatful that she helped us.

How to replace a couple of our boxes I was waiting on promptly was in and out with just a signature very very pleased thank you great customer service five stars now if you can only get the phone customer service to be so accurate lol good luck with that!!

They service was great. Recommend making an appointment before you go. Better than sitting on the phone.

The lady I had was very nice. But needs improvement was in there for an hour. And watch out for the hidden fees.

I was approved for a phone through spectrum only using my birthday but when I went to the spectrum store to pick out a phone they asked me for my social security number and said I was not approved but when I spoke to spectrum they said I was approved and they wanted my cell phone
