Brought my hearing aids in for cleaning and repair of the left hearing aid. Receptionist was welcoming and professional. Hearing aids were cleaned and repaired in less than 10 minutes. Receptionist scheduled me for a hearing test in 3 months since my last visit was years ago.

Very pleased with my experience. Dr. Raup was very helpful, took time to explain things to me and patiently answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Although this was not the day for hearing aid cleaning, the Ocean Pines location were only too happy to accommodate me. They are always gracious.

Dr. Rachel was very professional, positive, friendly, and helpful during my visit with her at Chesapeake Hearing in Ocean Pines,MD. She answered all of my questions and added important information for me. I am very happy with my appointment with her.

Only issue I have is they don’t service my brand of heating aids. This was my 2nd appt here & at my first one no one told me this. Had I known, I would not have gone back. I now have to drive another 45min to hour to my original dr. That is very disappointing. I wasted an appt with your place & still have to go somewhere else. Other than that, everyone is very pleasant & helpful.

I dropped my hearing aid off to be cleaned and I would pick it up a few hours later. Jada was the desk person on duty and was friendly and helpful.

I met with Dr. Pomycala this afternoon and explained what I was trying to do about my hearing problem. She gave me a hearing test and then she explained the different solutions to me. I made a decision and she ordered the appropriate hearing aids. I also told her I would bring my wife back to have Dr. Pomycala speak with her also.

Rachel’s testing & thorough explanation was exceptional. No pressure to get aids & very personable. Look forward to working with her.
