The young girl at the check out absolutely made my day. I had buyers remorse before I even made it to scan a few products and asked her if I could put back a few items, and instead of the typical (understandable) eye roll and exasperated huff, she smiled and said "I do the exact same thing when I'm shopping." We chatted for a few minutes about our painting preference, pets, and even favorite foods -- no one was in line behind me -- and she's just a delight to add to your customer experience. I wish I remembered her name, but I will definitely look for her next time I'm there.

I got some really great supplies and deals from Michael's. Plus, I always use a 40 percent coupon that I find online before I go. They have some great deals on charms and earring hooks. Some of the beads are a little pricey though. #jewelrypod

Got a painting framed here and didn't have many expectations, but the people really seemed to care and take pride in their product.

I was returning an item to the store. I had a decorative dry erase calendar that the lines were erasing from. We really liked it and I asked if there was a way to fix it so we can buy it again and not have the lines erase (we are in a craft store after all). I spoke with Jason and he helped me out by cutting a piece of plastic from a poster board frame (I bought it) and attaching it to a new dry erase calendar. Needless to say I was thrilled with the ingenuity and assistance from the employees. And I only spent maybe $3 additional from the first one. Now we can use it and it not erase. I know that doesn't say too much for that product but I really wanted it to work and was able with the help of the staff.

I love Michael's anyway as far as ordering. I usually order online, but I had to get a few items that could not be shipped. The store was awesome and clean, and the employees were friendly and made sure all my needs were met.

Went to get snap buttons for a leather project I was working on and they also had thread, which saved me a trip from going to the peddlers mall

I love going here! They had what I needed and it was 50% off, along with all the Christmas stuff, which is what I went for.

Wonderful store with so many options to choose from. Easy to spend hours in here looking at a wide variety of supplies for your hobbies.

Update to original post: I stand by my previous statement. I was in this store this evening shortly before they closed, and the staff were friendly and willing to stop what they were doing and try to help locate the item we were looking for. Thank you all for the wonderful service!

The cashier was great! The place was a madhouse but he was super sweet and friendly. I love this store!!

I never knew this place existed until I went here with my best friend. This place has a lot of crafts and DIY projects that seem really fun. I definitely could have spent a lot of money here. Haha!

Staff was very friendly, assisted me with finding what I needed, but not in an over bearing way. I needed a long sleeve white t-shirt and the young lady found me one. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience. I was able to finish my shirt.

Always good deals and nice employees

One of my many favorite stores, go through slow you might miss something you need or been looking for or just didn't know it existed, been here some but went here to Christmas browse for me. and found many good things, good help and good service and good prices and quality. Thank You

The store was neat and well organized. They had everything we needed for wedding preparation.

I love crafting and baking. So Michaels is always a great place to shop. I love looking for decor and things to do with my kids. I can get inspiration here too. Always well stocked when I have gone in. The workers seem friendly and helpful.

Holli assisted me in framing art and she is just excellent! Customer service was great and she gave valuable insight into which mat and frame worked best. The store also had a wide selection of frames. Great experience all around!

It took a while to find the kind of yarn I was looking for & there wasn't anyone around to help me, or to show me where it was. However, I did find the yarn I needed & was very relieved & happy they had it in stock. The prices on yarn seem to have gone up significantly in the last year. There was one more thing I wanted, tailor's chalk, but wasn't willing to spend a lot more time trying to find it.

I don't know what it is about wearing a mask and glasses but the combo makes it hard to see things, so relied heavily on the staff to point me in the right direction. I wasn't able to find anyone on the floor but rather each time I came to the check out there was a friendly employee that reached out to a supervisor over radio com to address my question. The store also had quick wifi because I downloaded the new app for reward savings and couponing. It was a pleasant experience.

The employees are always following me around asking if I need help finding anything so they either have excellent customer service or they think that I am going to shoplift. Either way their products are so great I'll give them five stars.
