I purchased a battery from Auto Zone 6 months ago. Today I found my battery was dead, and after calling AAA , who would not simply take the battery out without replacing it, I called the store.
The managers name is Pat. And he was kind enough to send someone to swap my battery for me.
He was sweet, and in less than 15 minutes Jesse had everything taken care of!

I am 75, recovering from knee surgery, and these guys really helped me out. 10/10

Great service. Great people. Always very helpful finding the parts you need, even when you may not know exactly what you are looking for. Bought a set of wipers and they came out to my car and installed them as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff. I came in looking to address a sensor issue on my vehicle and the problem was diagnosed quickly. My friend Carly and I came in this evening looking to replace a brake light and purchase Cata Clean. Sadie had a great personality and made us feel like no question was a dumb question. She was very knowledgeable about her stuff on cars and was able to share her technique with us! But most importantly she doesn’t smell!!!

This particular AutoZone in cranberry has amazing customer service that will not let you go anywhere without asking if they can help. It's very satisfying especially with some of the stores in the south hills of Pittsburgh where I stood in line for 15 minutes before anyone came out. This AutoZone is great with very well informed staff.

Employees are very considerate, knowledgeable and open to discussions of options. My auto parts go to.

Victoria is AMAZING!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with some concerns I was having with my car. Not only did she run the diagnostic and recommend helpful products but she gave me her time! She is wonderful with people, takes pride in her job and knows her stuff!! Most people would not go above and beyond like she did, and it really gave me peace of mind!

Pat Young greeted me upon entering, offered help, retrieved the part I needed(rear wiper)and even put it on for me! 2” of snow had just fallen and I had a 5 hr drive to make.This nervous Mom is extremely grateful for the kindness & help Mr. Young extended. Thank you!

Fast & quality service - I needed a replacement bulb for a headlight. Jesse was quick and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also changed my key battery and that was also a huge help. I was very impressed with the employee friendliness as many auto parts store employees are not as friendly! I was in and out in about 5 minutes - with everything I needed! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I was in a jam. I needed to get to COSTCO in time for family to visit. I gave myself plenty of time... SO I THOUGHT. Battery was dead. I was able to get it started. Off to Autozone we go. My 5 year old son and I walk in, in need of help. Natalie greeted us with a smile. I described the issue, she said let's have a look. She evaluated the battery and tested the alternator. She explained to me what her opinion and my options were. It was it was going to be a battery replacement. The Jeep Grand Cherokee has it's battery under the front passenger seat. One look at this and I knew this was not going to be easy. She wiped her brow and went in with like a pro. I could see this being a struggle little room and a heavy clunky battery. She worked her tail off on a hot humid day to get me back on the road. I have to thank her for all the work and sweat she put out for my family's main vehicle. I made it in time! thank you!

Salesperson, Natalie G. was AWESOME!! we purchased bulbs for our headlight and she offered to change the bulbs for us. WOW! this girl knows her stuff! So kind and helpful. Thank you Natalie!! We will definitely go back just because of her great service!

This group has been very good to me. As a woman I love that I can trust their advice. When I needed a new battery it was much cheaper than my dealership and zero hassle. I had a new battery installed within an hour of needing a jump. I’ll be back whenever I need anything car related.

The staff here really care about their customers and go out of their way to help. They were short staffed today but took the time to install two headlight bulbs, I bought, in the freezing cold, and didn't charge for the labor. They did not solicit the well deserved tip I gave them. Definitely a 5 star place with a good inventory of car parts and accessories and automotive advice.
