Jack's

The employees take pride in their job so much that they know their customer's orders, even on a busy Saturday morning. This past Saturday, a customer had an incident at the restaurant and the staff was immediately attentive to the situation and provided full assistance to the customer AND had the kitchen preparing their order at the same time. It was fabulous to witness.

Jack's is my favorite burger in town! Also love the mashed potatoes and gravy! Haven't really tried the chicken, and I know I should. The burgers are made with higher quality ingredients. The employees are quick and efficient. Everyone is helpful! Use the app for good deals! Thank you Jack's!

The food is good, and the staff is friendly. They seem to really like their job. The place is clean too.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant since I haven’t seen one in Tampa. We had the fries and chicken tenders. I have to tell you it was really good and I would recommend you try them.

Never had one issue with any of the server's and they always get my order right at the drive-thru and in store. The food is always fresh and piping hot. It is probably one of the best restaurants in my local area. You've got to get their chicken strips and wing bites.

My first time eating at Jack's and I was not disappointed. I had a very good chicken sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised with the krinkle fries! To top it off they make their shakes with fresh ice cream. 👍
The customer service was also very good as well. I didn't feel rushed.

Great food at a great price. Their peach sweet tea was delish. Marilyn showed us true Southern Hospitality. The GPS signal was spotty and she gave us directions to get to our destination & gave my baby an extra Rice Krispy Treat.

Had the fried chicken with a biscuit, green beans, and mashed potatoes. The biscuit was delicious; a lot moister than most places. The chicken and veggies were very good too. Wish there was one close to me, but was in Alabama visiting friends. The lemonade was tasty as well.

Excellent customer service! I was so surprised how fast they were in comparison to other fast food restaurants, as I had a pretty large order. Very friendly staff. Great food!

We were there for breakfast yesterday and everything we received was cold. I took the coffee back and told them it was cold so she asked if I wanted it reheated and I said yes, she put in microwave and when I went back to sit down and drink it was still cold. Not a good meal.

I really like this jacks aswell very good chicken tenders and again those cookies and cream milkshakes are too die for 5 stars!!!

Customer service was very good. Food was very tasty. Ribs was tender with a good taste. Lemonade milkshake is real good. Live in Lagrange GA but I will return.

Besr chicken fingers short of Tenda Chick (in Auburn). Great service. Friendly employees. Oh, also, the best breakfast wrap. WAY better than McD's!

This place is great!!! I have been in several times and the staff is always polite and smiling, especially Jessica, she seems to go out of her way to be sure her customers are taken care of and always greets with a smile.
