McDonald's

This McDonald's is great! Unfortunately, their parking lot is small and has a tricky placement in the flow of traffic. It's a thing! I'm sure this causes some customers to be feeling less than pleasant once they've maneuvered to parking or drive thru, BUT the employees are always kind. Kind and efficient! This McDonald's is always clean and neat, inside and outside. They are extra busy because of this Holiday Season, and yet everything is still run so smoothly. Truly 👍

Very clean. Fast service. As attendant passed by my table he even asked if I had everything I needed. After I had been served.

I just went thru the drive thru and wanted to say what sweet, friendly smiles from both the young ladies at both windows! Thanks for that. People really do underestimate the power behind a genuine smile.

Just amazing the staff was really friendly and everything was cooked properly

Only one issue this time, no chocolate drizzle for the frappies. It is just hurshys chocolate. Something that small, they should have had plenty. Send someone to the grocery store. Otherwise, everything was great.

A lot of Christian music was playing and I really enjoyed sitting in lobby listening to it

The cashier was very helpful and courteous. The food came out fresh and hot. And the restaurant was clean. I would recommend taking your children here for lunch.

Only stopped in for coffee to go this time, but this McDonald's, unlike many others, has friendly, efficient staff. They keep the place clean, too.

Well it's still McDonald's food the same you get at every McDonald's, the difference is this McDonald's was very clean even the bathroom. But what really got me about this one is the workers were Exceptionally nice and seemed to like there job, most every McDonald's I've been to are not polite food is just thrown in the bag and you wind up with more fry's in the bag than in their containers. To me, it was a Pleasure stopping there.

So there was this guy and McDonald’s named Marvin Tye I think he was like the manager or something but he was very helpful, and super sweet. He even got me out of a jam that I was in. He’s the true meaning of southern hospitality thank you again Marvin and I hope your bosses know how amazing you are and give you a good raise And value you as an employee. Because you’re a little kind actions made my whole day. Thanks again have a great day

Giving 5 stars because a wonderful manager once paid for our food when my kids were having meltdowns and I couldn't find my debit card! The main downfall for me is that there is no playground at this location!

Very good customer service and Fast

Very clean restaurant. Restrooms were clean. Service was good and food was the best I have had in a long time. Chicken nuggets were very hot and fries were hot & perfect!

Your typical mcdonald's, we stopped in on a trip from Auburn to Gadsden. Used the restroom was smaller but very clean and tidy. Got some fries, coffees and burger. All was correct with the order and the staff was friendly.

This McDonald's is under good management. I don't know the managers, but someone has this place running like a well oiled machine. Service is good. Employees are nice. Restaurant is clean.

This McDonald’s is fast with fresh food and courteous service. They always have a special deal going on for there customers. The bathrooms were clean with hand soap and pleanty of paper towels. My family will visit this McDonald’s again.
